I used to go to this RT all the time due to 5he convenience of the drive thru but my last few orders have not been made properly (with extra sauce) and they have been really skimping on the toppings. So disappointed as I've been going to RT because they made the best pizza for decades.
The pizza was good, but not worth the price... We got 2 small pizzas, 3 bread twist and a fountain drink, paid over $50! The inside looks run down, with ripped and dirty booths. Service was not the best either, definitely won't be back.
Underage people at the front desk that could only help so much. Manager was grumpy and on a power trip, spouting off rules and regulations. We were there with a large group, so I ordered a pitcher and a few extra cups, I was told it was against the law to be given extra cups without I.D's for the other adults, even though no one asked me for mine or my wifes when we were probably the youngest people there
We visited your establishment on Saturday February 12th 2022. Uponour arrival we presented 2 Roundtable pizza gift cards, we were told by the female on duty that these cards may not be redeemable if they were not purchased at Mt. Vernon store. I was a bit confused as I have used gift cards here each year. Again, it was a gift. I don't ask where it was purchased. Also, I felt a bit uncomfortable when seated toward the rear of the dining room and still able to hear the female talking negatively about some customer and his issues he had.I would hope that the negative talk can be limited in volume!!
The pizza was awesome and customer service was good. There salad bar is open and you can dine in. For me though bathrooms could always be a little cleaner.
Place is in need of some TLC. Pizza was great. I'll be getting to go on my next visit.
Pizza was awesome , although they still have a salad bar alot was empty when I asked for something that was empty I was was told there isn't anymore. I also asked for salt they had none. Serve was not very good.
Could have been a little faster for the number of people they had in the kitchen and for how slow it was, but good food as always. My twists were a little smaller than usual, maybe the dough didn't proof enough or something, but overall, very satisfied as always.
Awesome pizza, however they're employees hassled me about wearing a mask. Don't be ruled by fear and tyrants. Glad to hear the window will be fixed!
Food is really good here. Love salad bar. Staff is cool
