I called and ordered a pizza with white sauce. Person said it wouldn’t be a problem over the phone for their special the New Yorker. Went in, red sauce. They didn’t hand me the pizza till after I paid. Asked them about it and they refused to make it right. I would not have ordered the pizza if I had known I had to use red sauce. Called and complained to the manager. The manager refused to refund me the tip I paid for. Asked to speak to the owner, they refused to help. I will file a BBB complaint. They should have just refunded me the pizza and they could have had it back.
The food was great. It is exactly what I ordered, and since I bake it myself with their simple to understand instructions, it's always perfect.I give 3 stars because the value doesn't feel good to me. I spent 30.44 on 2 pizzas. 1 with sausage and 1 cheese. For that cost, I can have a competitor deliver 2 cooked pies to my door.Like I said, the pizza was great, but there was a time when you couldn't get a better pizza deal, and it made sense, since they don't have any of the costs associated with having, maintaining, and operating ovens - or delivering, and insurance costs associated with that.Value low, quality high.
It's okay, they seem to run out of things like pizza crust, cookie dough and cheese..... WTH people that's ridiculous running out of cookie dough maybe but it's a pizza place for the sake of all crusts and cheese? Why? How? They are slow and they aren't that diligent with the broom either. Convenient tasty but mediocre go to Burlington WAY BETTER!
I ORDERED A PAPA’S MEDIUM PERFECT AND THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN THE PIZZA

Tuesdays are Pizza Day at our house. We make our our own version and they always make it to perfection.
Smells funny inside the store - literally had to wait outside the car because it smelled bad. but nonetheless the pizza is always good.
Papa Murphy's in Mount Vernon, the employees were so ready willing and able to help us fulfill a special need for a family. They went overboard and made it extra special for the kids. So grateful
