Something is extremely wrong with this place. The food was incredibly nasty. (I ate one bite, which went back into the styrofoam box which was tossed into their dumpster). This place needs to get a checked out by the state as soon as possible! How does someone create this consistency in food like it had been reheated 400 times. And stomped on and left sitting for days etc. This was an extremely insulting meal.
I love ? Chinese food. And this restaurant is a good place for that. Awsome new food. Love the orange chicken with chow main. Yummy ??. So yummy ??.
Food was okay except the veggies were raw. We froze and our food was cold in a few minutes. I asked for the air to be turned off, she said the heat was on but I really don't think she knew how to turn the heat on...the temperature outside was 47 and the temperature inside was very much the same. Other people were cold as well, I will never go back. They toltaly ignore my suggestion.
If I could give them a zero, I would. Came into the store without a mask and was about to say something to my wife when the RUDE and AGGRESSIVE worker interrupted me a yelled "YOU CAN'T BE IN HERE WITHOUT A MASK" even though the restaurant was full of people eating without a mask. This happened at the end of covid (Feb. 27) when most places are dropping their restrictions. I didn't appreciate being interrupted and the aggressive attitude of the worker who tried to humiliate me and my daughter in front of the other customers. My teenage daughter was very embarrassed and upset and left the store promptly.
If anyone says that place has good food....they obviously have no taste buds. Took back the garbage they gave me and asked for a refund and they refused saying they can only give me store credit. I told them I would never eat anything from there again and wanted my money back. Not just horrible food, but horrible service as well. I will NEVER go to ANY Panda Express again.
Delicious and fresh. The employees were kind and helpful even though the place was clearly poppin. The whole restaurant seemed clean and sanitary as well. Short wait and prompt service with an assumed smile haha freakin covid masks ???
Usually pretty good service although sometimes they're out of main dishes and waiting time of up to 30 minutes.
Good food and quick. Prices were reasonable.
I don't know how many times I've driven past a Panda Express without stopping. On this particular day, a friend was driving and decided to stop for lunch. I'm glad he did. I've never had better Chinese food anywhere. Every kind of meat just melted in your mouth. The shrimp were to die for to be sure! For my main course I had a simple teriyaki chicken bowl. It was absolutely delicious. I cannot comment on customer service as I sat in the vehicle and waited. But again the food was amazing. Needless to say, I'll be stopping there more often in the future. On a side note, I recommend buying an extra meal or side for later, after you get home, because you're going to want it for sure!
Pretty bad. Rotting veggies served, soggy shrimp and they added a bunch of water from steamed veggies to my plate, so everything was pretty soggy. Orange chicken was okay. Please retrain your staff.
