Ordered a shake and it tasted like cleaner burped up cleaner for 6 hours after. No I didn't drink it all only 2 sips and I threw it out. Live to far to travel back, but when you travel so far because that's what you wanted. Then you are left in disappointment when you try to enjoy the treat. So no more wasted gas for me going there anymore.
I went through the drive-thru there and ordered a root beer float. Now see I love root beer floats this one however as soon as it got over my lap the lid came off and soda pop and ice cream went all over my vehicle. And what did the employee at the window do? Absolutely nothing. I take that back they said "sorry" and close the window on me. Now see in my opinion the employee should have at least offered me a rag or towel and honestly offered to replace the root beer float that is now on my lap. Not these people though they just say sorry and close the window on you. In my opinion, absolutely unexcusable behavior.

Still closed for people who want to eat in. And staff don't even talk about that some of the rudest people have ever met. Their drive-thru is constantly backed up meaning they don't do a very good job in filling out the tickets but they will do GrubHub in a very fast manner. So if you want decent chicken this ain't the place to be especially if you want service

Chicken...the spicy chicken sandwhich has been simplified and is pretty good this way. The drive through got confusing but the check out teller person was onnpint with correcting it.
Chicken was good nashville chicken wasnt was missing somthing but other than that my stars goes to the team they forgot a chicken sandwhich i know its there fault but she gave me a cookie and a extra fry for wasting my time will come back only for the service
I'll give it another shot.It felt unhealthy when it's all said and done I got energy to clean my home from the impossible nuggets.Was it worth it? No, but it did get the job done so that's my point.
It was good but the prices have really gone up
I went last week and now this week,3 piece chicken, about 3fingers size,everything is small portions for to much high price. Always forgetting napkins, biscuits, piece of chicken. Not great anymore.
