Dry and stale bun. Dry snd tasteless burger. Oily after-taste on fries. "Overpriced", even if the quality would have been excellent. The Coke was right, but Jack in the Box had nothing to do with that result. After waiting, the window service person asked me to park in front and wait for my order, but no one was behind me in the drive-thru. Before I moved on, the dis-appointing order suddenly appeared.

Nice, thanks JITB. Update your hours online if you’re not gonna be open, save travelers looking for food some headache.Also, if you a) just don’t want to be open b) don’t have staff, please just say so. Based on other reviews I’m seeing I’m not surprised by this now… Also, I see at least 3 other photos with different “Closed for Maintenance” signs on the drivethru menu; what is possibly broken so often?Attempted visit at 0115, 6/7/22

We were going to this restaurant, & when we went in, were told the lobby was closed. There was no indication that the lobby was closed & the employee that told us that was very rude. Then we ordered a delivery through Doordash from this location & we were missing 3 burgers. It was a rather large order, they got the fries & drinks right, but were missing 3 burgers from our order. Considering how much money we spent for delivery, they didn't get it right. We are from out of town & will not be doing any business with this location. The parking lot was of concern as there were homeless & pan handlers hanging around.

I rarely leave reviews, but this location isn't being set up for success. I ordered one sourdough jack, two chicken fajita pitas and a four-piece chicken strip combo w/orange drink. I received one cold sourdough jack with no cheese, a nine-piece chicken nugget and two dry fajita pitas with no grilled onions in three deliveries to my car. I had to ask/remind for bbq dipping sauce, french fries (asked for curly, got regular), salsa, and receipt, but only got bbq of four requests. Ownership has obviously changed, but management has left their frontline to fail without adequate training and reasonable accountability.

I've been coming here for a long time, but lately the customer service sucks!! I think a little more training for your employees is much needed cuz they have a hard time finding the "grilled onion" button & being told they dont have that option when I know you DO cuz I order the same thing everytime I go. Who ever the employee was, which I forgot to look at his name tag, was rude, and the way he was talking was rude. He cut me off when I was placing my order and I was still talking...I had to repeat my order 4 times, he kept putting PUTTING WRONG food that I was ordering!I I asked for regular fries and got curly fries. But I wasnt about to dr OU ve back THRU the drive thru and deal with these rude employees tiy have working there.....I'm getting tired of rude ppl.....what happened to the customer service??? Ppl are just rude and have no respect!! The customer is always RIGHT!!!!

Only giving 2 stars because when they ARE open, they have decent food. Unfortunately, they close randomly and force you to order through a delivery app, which doesn't deliver to my area. Incredibly frustrating considering this WOULD be the only place for people who work nights to get lunch. I guess I won't be going here anymore.

I placed an order through the app at this location on 3/17 for 59.20. When I arrived, their system did not have the order. We verified the correct location, and I showed my order in the app. The young lady just kept repeating that she was sorry, but they did not have an order for me. So, I drove away- thinking that I could process a refund through the app (like the Golden Arches app). No luck. I ended up submitting a ticket online for a "refund request". No one contacted me. I have now submitted several tickets online and made several calls to the restaurant. No one has called me back, no one knows anything, and I cannot even get a good time to call a manager. They just don't know when the manager will be in. Supposedly, my name and number is being given to the manager, but no one ever calls me back. As of now, I am out $59.20. PLEASE BEWARE USING THE JACK IN THE BOX APP!!Due to the response below from the owner, I have submitted a 4th ticket online, as instructed. I will update my review based on what happens with it. It is 3/30/22, and the owner responded to this review within a couple hours.4/1/22 - It has been over 48 hours, and I have recieved no response to my online submission.4/6/22 - It has been 1 week, and I have received no response, after following the instructions of the owner.4/13/22- Recieved an email response from JITB.com, requesting information to process the refund at 4:02 PM. Provided all requested information by 5:22. Email states a refund will take 7-10 business days. Will update when it happens.4/16/22 - The refund is now pending in my account.

There always super busy their prices are mostly in the 11$ and up range so kinda spendy for so-so food. The service is super slow.

The person after me got their food before me. I got my food 12 minutes later no receipt not hot(which you wouldn't think would be the case if it wasnt done til right before i got it) also cashier didn't even acknowledge mewhen i walked in until he finished his personal conversation then later is grabbing his female co-worker by the shoulders rough housing while im guessing he could of been making the food that had been ordered.

i wanted a late night bite and i ordered my food on your app for delivery over an hour ago and it still hasnt gotten here, the app still tells me “order confirmed” and i’ve tried calling the store multiple times and it never gets answered and someone declined almost immediately. real disappointing.
