I would like to say this was the worst restaurant experience I have had. They were not busy and it took 10 min to get seated. The staff was not friendly at all. We sat for 15 min and ended up leaving because no one came to even take our drink order. I am very disappointed and angry at their service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Went there this morning around 9 A.M. The restaraunt was not particularly crowded, but I got the feeling they were short on staff, as there were 15+ open tables. I went to the counter where both the greeter and floor manager were standing. I told them I was hoping to get something to eat. The greeter shyly informed me there was a wait. There was one elderly couple ahead of me. I gave my thanks and sat down to wait. Another couple, and a single person came in next where they were also informed of a 15-20 minute wait. The original elderly couple were seated. To my surprise, the next seating was given to the Hispanic couple after me. To my utter disappointment, they then gave the next table to the single who arrived after that couple. Yes, he was Hispanic too. It may not be what it appears to me, but I cannot help thinking that I simply do not look Hispanic enough to get decent service here. There were four people who arrived after me, I didn't have the time to see how many of them would have been seated before me. Never going back there.
Was seated at 604, 1 other guest in the building, got food at 653 and everyone else got their food. After complaining, the waitress said the cook forgot and he was the only one. If they would've told us earlier, no problem but making us wait with no communication was rude for a lack of a better word.
Was delicious had to make some substitutions for my diet and they were very accommodating had an egg white spinach mushroom tomato and avacado omelet it was great. Server was attentive. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Only bad thing was took forever for us to get seated no one was at front desk.
We had to have our breakfast at IHOP today, it's national pancake day, by gosh! My husband had the pancakes, all you can eat, yum. I had the bacon and eggs combo with the pancake but I didn't order any more of them, I think I would have become toooo full. We love IHOP, great food and great service!!! Thank you
Server was amazing Andrew as always was prompt and on the ball. Food was so/so. I got the appetizer plate w/ ranch kids got some burgers and my guys got the Pablano omelet. Place was super crowded and the wait times are atrocious!! So if you can get in and get a good waiter you'll be fine.
The place was absolutely filthy!!! We were expecting the same level of cleanliness as other IHOP locations but this place wasn’t even close.My wife refused to eat and I only had something very small. The cutlery was filthy, tables had not been cleaned and their tables and chairs had stains all over them. Our server had an absolutely filthy shirt on. The owners clearly don’t care and I wonder if IHOP headquarters know about this place….we were driving through the area and will never go there again.
One of the best damn breakfast I ever had in a long time I would definitely want to come back
Walked in, forgot masks. They told us they don’t provide masks so basically told us we were SOL. Rude staff, made us feel uncomfortable even though we were still nice and asked about getting a table if we went and bought masks, but they couldn’t even hardly give us an answer so we left and went to Calico Cafe instead where they provided masks and their service was awesome!
Waitress was super nice and made sure we were happy ?. Food was good too ?
