Zero stars if I could.We stopped to grab to go order just after 4pm on a Saturday. The place was empty.The entire dining room was disgusting. Floors and tables are covered in crumbs. The drink station was a hot mess with sticky stuff all over the lids. Drink machine was dirty. Trash can was overflowing.Filed a complaint. Got a call from a manager that used every excuse in the book to justify the dirtiness of the store. No resolution has been offered.Will not be visiting this location again.
Worst experience ever they make a mistake on my order they added jalapeños to my sub when I specifically told the no jalapeños on my sub. Well guest what they did I told them to remake and guest what they did one of the managers take plate and stars removing the jalapeños from the sub and them they decide to give me back the same sub. At the point I try to get my money back and they didn’t even give me the full amount. And no sub I don’t recommend this location at all
Clean and neat place. Boys got hungry after getting their haircut so we stopped by for a sandwich, which turned out to be a very tasty one?
This is the second time this week I have tried to eat here during business hours that they have listed and they are closed.First time was Wednesday at 11am, one employee said the manager with the keys was late. Now I’m trying to grab something for dinner and it’s 8:20 when the sign and website both say they are open till 9:00pm.Should prolly get your $hit figured our Firehouse.
Food was good and customer service was OK. Need to work on putting the sandwich together. Had a pile in the middle and nothing the last 2 inches or more on each end.
Very disappointed in lack of service. I went through the drive through at 5pm. The open sign was on, but no one would take my order. I patiently waited 5 minutes, said hello a couple times, but received no response. I will not be wasting my time at this establishment in the future.
I generally really enjoy this place but todays order blew my mind and probably will not be back. I ordered a brisket and cheddar sub with no bbq sauce and heavy dátil pepper sauce. What I got was bbq sauce and no dátil pepper sauce.
3 star for taste!! It was pretty disappointing not getting the exact order or requested napkins when a Tuna fish sandwich can be very messy!! I would give them a better score had they listened to me!! Oh well it's there loss!!
We were working through DoorDash and we sat in the drive through for 20 plus minutes with no cars ahead of us no one in the lobby we finally went inside after the long wait for them to hand us the food off the shelf they are lazy, rude and don’t want to do there job
The lady that took our order was more interested what was on her phone. Then didn't listen to our order and I had to repeat it 3 times. And they still got it wrong. Food was just ok, nothing special. Don't think I'll be back.
