We are visiting from out of town an stumbled in here while looking for a place to grab lunch. Very pleasantly surprised at the food quality. I had the grinder club sandwich with a salad. The salads at most restaurants are unremarkable but our salads very very fresh and flavorful and the others at my table all commented about the salads. The hot sandwich was also perfectly toasted and very satisfying. Highly recommended!
I use to be a regular and one day i came in and everything changed, i tried ordering my typical drink and the bartender told me they didnt have simple syrup, so i asked for a different drink and again "we dont have that" and proceeded to tell me theyve never made those drinks... She lied to me because she didn't want to mix not realizing i was there once a week. Theres was another time me and my friend felt threatened by a coupoe of guys and one bartender really tell blonde felt for us and helped us build the courage to sneak past the men but the other bartender was acting as kf we were exaggerating and being ruxe, the safety of your customers should be #1. Anyway that was before covid and in just havent been convinced to go back since. I highly recommend the sports keg they do everything and eager to learn new drinks
1st time in here and the vibe was great, good drinks and tasty food.
Fun place to hang out with your friends, pool tables and a few other games. Drinks are definitely reasonable price.
Great hometown bar, local beers on tap and a full bar. Pool table, pull tabs and ski-ball.
Had fun on a Wednesday night DJ Montey is there for Karaoke. Hes always smiles and makes you feel at home. Bartenders are amazing.
Good food. Never eaten in before but have gotten takeaway many times. They have really really good burgers! Must try of you're in Mount Vernon looking for a burger. Much better than any chains in the area.
This bar is an absolute staple of down town Mt Vernon. Lance and Patrick are absolutely wonderful and a delight to get to know. This bar is a sports bar, so if you need a hearty breakfast while watching football, this is your place. Patrick is well versed in the kitchen, and behind the bar, which makes for a match made in HEAVEN! Definitely a bar where everyone knows each other.
Drinks and karaoke. A lot of fun. I've had the food too, but not for a very long time, that's why 4 stars instead of 5. ?
On my 'sharing the wealth' after Covid I'm trying to eat at all the places in Mt Vernon. This place is huge! Only 1 other customer who turned out to work @ a business I'm interested in so had a nice chat. Very pleasant bar maid...b6 lady? Hit the noon happy hour for a beer & a cup of delicious tortilla soup. Happy to return again to try another menu item.
