The food was fine. The service was unbelievable. One man greeting everyone, making everyone feel welcome, taking orders, being cheerful. What a great employee. There was a little old man who clearly came often because the employee knew his order, even though he was busy, he took time to hear the little man's story. It was 6am sat 6/4... that man needs a raise, he is a valuable employee and a decent person. He showed Jesus to everyone in that restaurant.
Always good food here, but in need of help when we visited. The restaurant was was really crowded, which tells you people love the food! I'll always be a fan of their food too.Restrooms were decent. Friendly service but poor girls were swamped.Thats ok because Denny's awarded me free meals for what we went through waiting so long for food. I've been to this Denny's before when it isn't packed or waitresses and cooks swamped.. It was a pleasant experience and I rated it four stars only because the manager made our long food waits right. The other experience s I would rate five stars. Those experiences were before lockdowns.Thank you Denny's! You're always worth the wait. Sorry You were so busy! I guess that's good FOR YOU!
Server was grumpy as she saw ppl coming in. We had to call twice before she would come and take our order. While I wanted to order kids meal before we decided on others she walked away saying she will come back once you all have decided. Rude.Order was wrong, as I ordered dry toast and it came loaded with Butter. At this point she was no where to be found. I gave up and we just left the toast as is and just after couple.of bites to eat we left. I did not think spking to Manager would have been any helpful as there was no one else around.Suggestion...Customers are reason our jobs still exist. Treat them right or refuse service so they can go elsewhere.
Had no idea that this was also called the meltdown or something ? but great food slightly slow service but definitely a atmosphere of if you don't mind taking all day come and chill kinda vibe
Wanted some pie! The 4 of us went out and one had the French silk, 2 had lemon meringue pie, and we tried the panookie! Everything was so good service was perfect.
This Denny's was not as good as some. My pancakes were not that good. And nor was omelet. The soda tasted extra syrupy..the customer service from Michelle was it's saving grace.
Everyone has been to Denny’s right? I stopped by for breakfast. It was about 9AM, but they weren’t busy at all. I ordered the Build Your Own Grand Slam. A little bit of everything. The waiter informed me the Super Slam had a few extra sides and was $3 cheaper. Service was flawless, quick and friendly. The restaurant was very clean and updated. I appreciate that. It is conveniently located right off of I-5, Exit 227. No it’s not fancy, but this location is a nice place for breakfast or burgers. Highly recommended.
My husband and I were in this evening. Cindy J was our AMAZING!! waitress. Cook was excellent. Her customer service is 110%. Which is very rare now days. Wish there was more room to give a review.
Service was horrible, waited 35min to be seated cause they didn't come over to seat us. Minimal seating, food was cold and the chicken burgers were way under cooked. Staff was rude and disrespectful.
I'm giving this Dennys 5 stars because of the great service!! And hey, for the price, the food is decent. Definitely a good deal ?
