Dairy Queen - SW, why can we NOT dine in??? This is really STUPID that we STILL have to go through the drive through. ALL other restaurants are allowing dine in. What's your valid issue? AND to top it, you say you won't serve us if we are smoking.... SMOKING IN OUR OWN VEHICLE??? That has NO relevance in the food that us patrons purchase from this/your establishment. SMH

Just the little bits you can see from the outside make you wonder how gross it really is inside where they prep and make our food, this is just disgraceful. With how many people they have and customers they have going through all day you’d think they’d learn how to clean up after themselves.
Have you ever waited 10 minutes for a shake? 8 employees, drive thru full no one in dining room or waiting. When you ask for your money back because of the wait, you have they money tossed on the counter at you by the manager with no apology. If you are interested in this experience got to this unit, you'll receive what was just described. Not the first time this unit has failed in customer service.
Asked for fresh extra crispy fries. Got cold limp ones instead. Had to go back through the long line to get replacement. Frustrating as this has happened way too many tes lately. But they did resolve it. Thank you for that. Do love those food.
Gave me the wrong hamburger. Went back through drive through to get right one. It was old and dry when I got home. On the A1 burger, the onion ring was hard as a rock. Burger tasted like it was 4 hrs old. Disgusting. Why didn’t they just make a new one when they messed up order first time. Disrespectful. Don’t care one bit about their costumers.
Good food but sometimes doesn't get all the item on the orders and doesn't listen to the specifications on the add ons or replacements on the order and staff is sometimes rude at the drive thru but other then that the food is good but can be great but love the ice cream
Blizzard was good but not a fan of the fries nor the burgers! Can definitely get a better burger and fries elsewhere
Firstly, I am only leaving a one star because the phone was not answered and the mailbox was full and obviously that means no one answered the phone number advertised. Secondly, the bad review will be taken down once a response from staff is made acknowledging my input.My issue, I ordered a A-1 meal for me, a double cheeseburger meal for my lady, and a cheese burger kids meal for my daughter. My fries were not there. My daughters burger was in my lady and my bag. My lady's burger was in the kids bag. My daughter had no toy or whatever comes with a kids meal, and when I finally saw my daughters burger was huge and my lady's burger was small it was too late. No time to correct it. My lunch break is only so long and I had to go. If the flustered girl working the window can't handle the drive thru and do it with accuracy, don't have her there. Spending ~$25 and getting a jumbled puzzle bag of what we ordered like it was a Mario Bros 3 mushroom star flower puzzle is not worth it. Please, we love DQ, fix your internal issues.
I love Blizzards. The price is getting insane for a little bit of ice cream! But they are good.
