I had just started into my hour plus commute back to home after working 13 hours with no lunch and was starving. I took a chance at a sign I'd seen many times off I-5 and headed to chance the experience. I pulled in and was contemplating the menu as a first timer when I was cheerfully greeted by Donna L (according to my receipt later). This is at 8:23 and they close at 9:00. As a service industry veteran, I know the ongoing challenge it is to see the shift all the way to the end with a good attitude... We had very pleasant banter and I happily took her recommendations as I was quite undecided. Food was great but the whole experience was what drove me to spend the time to write this review after I had an insane work day and commute but still felt I needed to say GREAT JOB Donna and gang tonight. Nailed it!! Thanks for helping feed me and keep my spirits up after a super long day.
We were in town for the Tulip Festival and found this great place! Our burgers and fries were delicious. My daughter enjoyed her shake. We would definitely return.
The crab meat sandwich had absolutely no crab meat in and tasted disgusting and I can't believe they charge so much for just a piece of bread this literally was so nasty I would rather eat my grandma's dealicous homemade sandwiches then whatever this was
I give this place 5 stars for what it is: a burger joint. The servers were friendly. In addition to burgers they have garden burgers, grilled cheese, and turkey sandwiches. They also have gluten free buns and french fries! You drive up, stay in your car and turn on your headlights. The server comes to you and takes your order. You can get it to go or you can eat it in your car. I love to eat my burger in my car, listening to my music and/ or reading a good book.
To my surprise, I was served a genuine burger, not a fast food cost cut product! Onions and tomatoes tasted and looked fresh cut and the patty was rather thick. It tasted just like a good ole backyard barbeque cheeseburger, fries were nice and crisp and the shake was good too. Loved this place!
Burgers here are better than any fast-food establishment. Always busy. We always stop here after visits to Mount Vernon. The beef patties are fresh that’s why I come back. The shakes are tasty. The staff is attentive & friendly.
Price is crazy when all you've done is look at the menu but as soon as you take your first bite, it's justified. Great food. Overall fun experience. Also, $20/h? Cool.
As a an American whose eaten plenty of burgers in their lifetime...by far in n out is the gold standard...but this does okay of you're wanting an old school, drive in, type of burger like sonic. It was pretty good!
Extremely friendly customer service that was very prompt even though it was crowded. I had a double cheeseburger my kids had singles with fries that were cooked perfectly. Everything was great! Definitely worth the stop!
Best burgers in town. We have been going to Burgermaster for years. The Burgermaster burger is one ultimate burger to try. They have a big menu. The prices are higher that other burger places. The onion rings are the BEST ones I’ve ever found and I’ve been all over the world. Really. Even steak houses. They have fish and chips and fish and chips as well. They also have breakfast. Kinda of expensive. But still, it’s a go for this place!
