*If you value your time...don't bother*I understand short staffing, but this is ridiculous.I got to the BK drive-thru at exactly 1pm. It was busy, as expected. It took 28 min to reach the order area. (As the line was getting longer and longer, there was no escaping.)To make it more fun, whomever was on the mic had zero clue as to how it works so we all got to listen to whomever it was not only take orders inside, she was also screaming at kitchen staff the entire time. In that time ZERO effort was made to place signs alerting customers outside they dont have 1/2 their menu currently.When I reached the almighty speaker, it took an additional 10 min before anyone came over the speaker to address me...Once I was finally "helped" (a new voice this time), I was told (very snottily) that literally everything I wanted was unavailable (all forms of chicken sandwich) because, and I quote: "the manager never made them today." (They weren't even out, they just didn't make them!?♀️?♀️)...I chose to pull thru without ordering anything which was infuriating as it was a giant waste of gas and time, and I wasn't about to order food I don't want just because I'm annoyed and feel pressured. I then was stuck another 10 min waiting to leave.Needless to say I won't be going back to this location.
This burger king was a huge disappointment. I ordered a whopper well done. The cook put it in the microwave with the bunn the lettuce the tomato which I asked for them not to add on the ketchup mustard onion and pickles then proceeded to hand it over to the cashier at the window as I am overheating the conversation the cashier is arguing with the cook about placing the burger in the microwave stating that he said to cook the meat not the whole burger. I asked for my money back due to the entire burger being over cooked bunn was hard as a rock and the toppings were completely welp to the point where the lettuce tomato and onion were dried out in parts of the burger. It was nasty unpleasant and disgusting. I asked for my $6.79 back and was told by Feliz he’d give me my refund. Showed up to receive my refund and a guy appeared as the manger with his shirt unbuttoned chest hairs out pimples everywhere and told me feliz didn’t rely the message back to him therefore he’s refusing the refund and offered to make another burger. Why would I want another nasty disgusting burger made by the same cook who appeared to be sweaty and high off some substance? This burger king is a complete embarrassment. There employees lack accountability professionalism and respect for their customers. DONT EAT AT THIS burger king THEY ARE TERRIBLE
Been to a lot of Bk's and this one was just ok. Onion rings were over done as well as the chicken nuggets. My bacon whopper with cheese was ok but the tomatoes were hard and it was pretty cold . The service left a lot to be desired but hey its BK !
The staff was super rude to us in drive thru. Everything we would order they would say “Kay.” The order was completely wrong and it was half missing. They gave us WATER instead of sprite. When we went inside to get it corrected the employee glared at us. Mind you, we were not rude to them at all and did nothing to provoke them. I understand customer service jobs are tough and that’s why I always am kind to workers. This however was unacceptable and uncalled for. Never going back to this location.
I tried the Breakfast Platter. it was nasty. Eggs were brown around the edges. Bacon was cremated and smelled burnt. Pancakes not bad. Butter would have made it better. Potatoes average. Other chains have them beat for breakfast.
Quick service and our pups made quite the impression and got bacon out of the kind gentleman working the drive through window. Thank you for making their day! Food was good and hot!
35 minutes to get through the drive thru… 35 minutes, Terrible service, might as well have driven to sedro to eat Burger King.
Just pulled up to get some food, lights on saying Drive Thru Open. Waited at the menu/order lighted screen for about 4 minutes. Finally decided to pull up to the window at 9:08 pm to be told 3 minutes later that they were closed. All apps say open to 11:00 pm. No apologies or explanation. I truly understand the staffing shortages, COVID restrictions etc. but 3rd time trying to come get some BK in the past three months BK 3 my expectations and tummy fed 0. Truly unbelievable.
We were the only people in line and specifically asked for crispy fries. We get the food. Fries are room temp. We go back around and ask for fresh. When we get to the window the girl is clearly annoyed and asks us for the original fries back. I could understand the annoyance if they were super busy, but again, we were the only people there and im watching her sit on the counter and swing her feet while I'm waiting for fries. We finally get them, they're definitely fresh out of the fryer, but not crispy. Even when it's slow, orders are still getting messed up.
Horrible service. Went in at 7:30. The doors were locked with nothing posted about the hours not being normal. The workers inside completely refused to acknowledge me at the door. The HUGE red neon signs saying that the drive through was open we’re still on so I tried to go through there but they had it blocked off with cones and a mop bucket. Whoever manages this store needs to get a handle on the employees because they are doing a terrible job
