Not impressed with this place very rude manager n other employees I definitely won’t be back there
I walked into this 7-Eleven this morning. who i presuming was the manager talking condescending to her employees. I felt so bad for the Poor lady counting the smokes. I would never put up with being talked to like that especially in front of customers .my personal opinion she shouldn't have a job.
Older lady looked like a heavy smoker with orange hair, yelled at her employee, then yelled at me after I’d handed her my ID saying she needed to scan it. Then rolled her eyes after handing me my items and had a super rude attitude. Customer service isn’t for everyone and she definitely shouldn’t have a leadership position, reported to the BBB, hope she is dealt with according to 7-11 standards. Won’t be taking my business here anymore.
Wow went into store tonight and the was a rude jerk! Put prices on items if you dont wNt to look them up. I couldn’t wIt to say no the way he wS slamming them down! Its your job buddy !! ( guy witj all the hair slender. Its ok shell is closet to m! And polite! STAY AWAY
This is a really nice 7-Eleven. I'm from Stanwood and I like to visit Mt. Vernon occasionally. I like to get a fountain beverage with ice. Very clean and bright.
Can't even do a refund right because they don't even know how to cash someone out I'm almost 50 bucks at this moment and i am hoping its just a delay on their part for the refund

They are never open on time. A sign will be posted for 6am but still not open at 645. They open whenever their lazy employees want, absolutely no structure in this business. Most of the time even if they’re working they’re all on their phones anyways.
