Made an order just before 10pm through Uber Eats. On Google and everywhere it says they're open until midnight. I waited an hour and nothing had changed on the app. I contacted Uber Eats and they called the store and said that they were closed. That was at 10:50pm. This is probably the 5th or 6th time that this has happened. Now I have to work another 12 hour shift without food.
Im probably wasting my time for this and i know they wont even take an action for my complaint,Dont get me wrong. me and my husband love this store we always come to this store after doing grocery from winco. Even sometimes they gave us wrong food But sadly one night we met this white female with pink hair at drive tru.She is so rude!! Scream at me tru the microphone. Just bc she couldnt hear what was my order.Im not even done with my order. And she yelled at me and told me that im done and get to the window. We will never come back here. This store doesnt care about their costumer.
Food made me sick and they close at 11:45 rudely and also somehow they run out of neat sometimes also they never ever have the frozen drinks go to an actual Mexican restaurant it's cheaper now anyway
I come through here a couple of times a week because I love the food. Mostly get bean burrito no cheese, and sometimes other items no cheese. While I understand mistakes happen, I am constantly receiving food with cheese and it is ridiculous that it happens literally every time. It's at the point I have to stop in the parking lot and check every single item because I cannot have dairy for medical reasons, and I am back in the drive through 9/10 asking for it correctly made or getting my debit card company to reverse the transaction since the product is not what I ordered.The employees are very nice that work the front/drive thru, but something needs to change with how the cooks read the order.
I just waited like 20 minutes in the drive thru to get my burrito with not even a scoop of beans on it and a small squirt of sour creme? I just wasted my money to get a tortilla.
The employee at the window was friendly, helpful and efficient! The employees who put the actual food together missed the sour cream on all 5 tacos bit thankfully I had some in my fridge. Overall, I was most impressed by how fast they moved that line at drive thru. There were at least a dozen cars in line when I pulled up and I was driving away with my food within 15 minutes.
Every time I visit this location half my items are missing!! I don't understand how hard it is to read the ticket. All orders really need to be double checked

Weirdest Tacobell experience from these guys yet… it seems they are always up to something. I got their around 8 pm and they and one car keeping the line held. Who then proceeded to have cars wait. They got out went to the door. Then came back to the drive through and they put a cone out… soo were they someone who worked there all along. Super weird. Not very professional. Also 8pm… on a Saturday night..
This is one of the worst Taco bell I've been to. very slow the food was put together okay. but very long wait then when I got to the window the gal did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. and the other people were kind of just joking around.
