DoorDash drivers beware. I've been warned against coming here for orders but decided to do so anyway and it was a huge mistake. I waited at the register for several minutes before I was even acknowledged and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the food, which I ended up canceling the order anyway due to the long wait and uncoordinated staff who were bickering about who's food is being made first, DoorDash or online orders. It seems DoorDash orders are at the bottom of the list of orders that are made first. There was only 3 people inside and a few in the drive thru so I don't know what the excuse was for how slow these people worked
This is my typical after work spot. And normally, I would say I love them. But lately, their service has been massively lacking. When you place an app order, they do not verify the items with you. If they’re out of a certain product, they just replace it with something random and make no mention of it to you, until you come back wondering what’s up. I went inside recently and it was probably the most horrible experience I have ever had in a fast food establishment. I felt very mistreated. Not only did I wait over 45 minutes for a small order, but when I asked for the forgotten drinks 15 minutes after they handed me the food, the woman at the window was very rude to her coworkers, and to me. Demanding to know what I wanted, and when her machine wasn’t working, filled the cups with random drinks and told me “this is all we have” and walked away, she didn’t even ask if I could have caffeine with a medical condition. It was so bad, I haven’t been back, and it truly hurts, because like I started with, it was my typical spot. Time to train your employees on handling fast paced industries. This is most definitely the hardest and longest review I have ever written.
Cara and Eden were extremely personable and helpful with fixing my order. Their professional attitudes created an atmosphere of competence I immediately felt.
The guy at the drive thru very rude and disrespectful. Never said one word. When I asked for hot sauce he rolls his eyes and shakes his head at me then slams the sauce in the bag and tosses the bag at me.
The person in charge that evening was absolutely unprofessional, rude and violated every covid and Health Department law that there is. I had ordered two chicken chipotle melts with extra sauce, I got two chicken chipotle melt with no sauce. When I went back to the window to let them know she said to me give me the food, I handed her the Melts, she opened them at the window right in front of me and said oh there's plenty of sauce in here you have a lot of sauce in here, and I said okay and I was absolutely embarrassed, mortified that she did that at the window opening the food , and I said to her well never mind then because I was absolutely embarrassed, then she said i will make it for you okay. Then she remade them when I got the second order of chicken chipotle melt there was no sauce and no cheese it was just chicken, so in other words she was just trying to stick it to me by not putting anything in it at all. I could not believe what had happened so instead of going back through again I just left. This lady is I believe I don't know her name but I believe she is of Indian descent and she was very Brash and very rude and in my face. I have told everybody in earshot about this Taco Bell in Marysville Washington. I've told everyone to stay away absolutely horrible.
If you place a drive-thru order from this restaurant (via the Taco Bell app), the staff will prepare the order immediately after it's placed, instead of waiting for you to check-in at the drive-thru. This happened on my two most recent visits and I asked about it on the second. I was told that this is their "policy."Other Taco Bell locations will wait until you check-in, which is useful, as you can, for example, place an order before leaving from work and then pick it up an hour later on your way home without worrying about the prepared food being an hour old. This is the only TB location (that I've been to) where it's prepared immediately. So, if you're going to order on the TB app/webpage, only do it when you arrive at the restaurant or skip the app altogether.Otherwise, the food was prepared well and the staff were mostly friendly, though they got a little hostile when I asked about why they were prepping the orders early.
Vegetarian options are hard to find at most fast food places, but not here! The attention to detail was noticed as I opened my tacos that were neatly stacked!
I've been going to our local Taco Bell for years but was really upset with last visit. Drive thru was busy so I went inside to order and pay at kiosk. Instead of being out in food que with the drive thru customers I was out into que with the Door dash orders. 30 minutes later I finally got my order. When I asked for a bag and straws, the girl ignored me and walked away. BEWARE- do NOT order inside.
Thr female that answered the phone on Jan 13 2022 at 6:40 pm was so rude for hanging up on me when I asked if they had an item on their menu. Unprofessional and bad customer service and support. She ruined my night by her bad attitude. I called back and she answered the phone with 'help u?' . Wish I got her name. But I do got the date and time. I just want to say to her "f you"
Usually easy and friendly. Just left.. the cashier said no words to me.. none. She didn’t even acknowledge my total through the drive through. I had a very simple order.. 2 items. I asked for no onions and hot sauce in the bag.Order had onions and no sauce in the bag.Disappointed, as I usually have a quite friendly and positive experience here. Will avoid on Sunday.
