The bread was stale and hard on the corners. One staff member was great with the person in front of me, the staff member that made my food was distracted and did not finish my order leaving it for their coworker. Then two others entered the store, she asked what they wanted and then went to the back and the two others that were left standing there left.I ended up throwing half of my sandwich away because it was inedible.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Today I ordered a footlong sandwich from this location through GrubHub and realized as soon as It was delivered to my house that it wasn’t made right. I tried to call their store several times with no answer. Obviously frustrated, I decided at this point to drive myself to confront them and have them fix it. I walked in and explained to them that I’m pregnant and cannot have cold meat and that’s why I ordered my sandwich toasted. The girl immediately copped an attitude back at me and then told me to get out of the store. I told her to give me my refund and she grabbed my food and threw it away and told me she wasn’t giving me a refund and to leave and call corporate if I wanna “cry about it”. I immediately requested a refund through GrubHub and upon returning home I called them and the agent I spoke to told me that the employee at subway tried to deny my refund. Luckily the GrubHub agent was able to override it and get my refund anyway, but this girl flat out attempted to steal my money. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate and they will be investigating the employee further but don’t go to this location unless you want your money stolen or your order wrong.
Lots of negative signs on your storefront makes you look anti customer.
Meh, it was everything you would expect from a Subway
I tend to have coupons, the choices have changed some, I mostly do the ham now rather than the oven chicken that was discontinued in the recent...was happy with the amount of meat and veggies I had selected.
I don't know why I continue to order here because we have nothing but problems. Tonight I ordered online. App allowed it. We have snow in our area but common sense would say if you are closing early, turn off online order status. So, 20 mins after I placed my order I got a call saying they are closed. I asked how I was able to do an on line order. Employee stated I didn't. I said you called me about my online order so yes I did. I then had to ask how I could get a refund. She said to cancel my online order. Nope!! Can't do that as they cleared their system to shut it down and marked my order as complete. So, now tomorrow I have to call and figure out a refund. I am done with this subway.
Even though the store has alot of flaws like the toaster being broken.... the staff is always polite and quick. Joselynn and heather are extremely helpful and greets you as soon as you walk in. I enjoy the go getter attitude that amy brings in the mornings and when I come in the store is always clean.
Places an order for pick up, went I went to go get my order they put up a sign saying they closed early…not before taking my money and leaving me hungry
Whoever the girl was working at 12pm today, doesn’t know how to make a sandwich. Skimpy on all of my toppings, since when is two pieces of onion enough on a sandwich lol not worth 8$ it felt like just bread when I picked it up, laughable
Idk. I thought they had fresh bread daily. Evidently not. Substandard cleaning of Lobby, if any. Unprepared to open at 10am, appliances not on/working, chips not stocked, etc, etc..this one Was really good a month or so ago, not sure what happened. Kinda disgusting now
