Nice service, standard Starbucks fare but the hot chocolate is meh. Always a long line but to be expected at the times I go.
I love Starbucks but this place is often randomly closed in the middle of the day or closes some days at 2pm. It’s very frustrating. The lobby is almost always closed.
This place tends to get very busy. I live close by and grab coffee regularly. Since the pandemic some of the rules have changed. Especially for places like this one. I NEVER use the drive thru for anything, anywhere, no matter what I'm buying. Using the drive thru always makes me feel like I'm not going to end up with the correct order. Starbucks is really good about their coffee and I always order ahead. Their drive thru is consistently busy. The parking lot is a problem because it's not big enough for the volume they do. Truly they should have a bigger lot for the amount of cars going to the drive thru. Beware the walk-in order from the counter could be closed. I've missed it by 15 - 20 mins at least 3 times. ? Friendly staff, clean appearance, not many places to hangout exactly.If your there early enough then you'll beat some of the regular folks that sit there for 3 hours. Why do they just stare? I've said hello and they just stare.? I don't get it.
Starbucks consistency is what keeps me ordering my coffee at their drive thru stores. The chocolate chip cookies is my favorite item to compliment my beverage.
The people are friendly but it doesn't matter when you have to constantly throw your coffee away because it's not made properly. I don't get Starbucks often because most times they're only partially listening when you order. I've had to throw away my last three coffees because I ask for 1 pump of pumpkin in my venti coffee and they've always put in the full amount (6 pumps). I might as well be throwing away $5 every time I try to order something there.Just go to the independent coffee stands.
Starbucks has the best coffee the best customer service the best employees the best everything their bacon gouda sandwich is are the best you have to try one and the white chocolate mocha is hot or wonderful and the caramel macchiatos on Ice are even better you have to try it you have to try it you would love it if you would love it and maybe like a dollar more if that extra than other coffee shops but it's well worth it well worth it thank you Starbucks for giving me the best coffee in the world I love you Starbucks
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The baristas in the morning are always so friendly and nice. It gets crazy sometimes, but they are working hard and trying their best to appease everyone.
Fast and friendly service! Traffic pattern is a little tricky to enter if you're coming from I-5.
Always friendly. Clean store. Team member who took our order was new. She was up front about her new position and expressed her apologies for being slower as she was leaning. She (Jessica) did great. She confirmed the order and got it right.
Im a regular at this Starbucks location. Always come here to grab some coffee on my break, all baristas have been pretty sweet and nice to talk to. However, this one younger barista who always wears a beanie and has bright, pink hair is constantly rude toward me. Every single time she serves me she has an attitude - she never says anything, stares at me, and just hands me my drink(s) and I leave. No smile or “have a good day” at all. Very strange because I’ve always had good experiences with baristas here but her customer service is awful.
