Ate here when out of town. Bought a friend and myself lunch. The burger was good and they have many to choose from. Their fries are large and bottomless. The service was also good. We had lunch in the bar and even though we weren't in the main dining area, the service was still excellent. The only down side was we had to wait for the bill, but we were deep in conversation, so that didn't really matter.R.
Tonight my family and I decided to go to Red Robin after a long day of work, and evening re doing our bed frame. My boyfriend and daughter has no issues getting their food. But my clucks and fries never made an appearance to the table. Before that after we checked in (party of three). TWO parties were seated before us. A party of four, and another party of three. I asked what about us and the host said our table was still being cleaned!?!? Uh okay what about the two parties sat before us?? I can only assume we were discriminated against due to my political shirt that I was wearing. I am not only disgusted by this act of service, but after being a life long customer we will never be returning to this place of service. I am utterly repulsed by the service we received this evening and you should be ashamed of yourself. If I could give you zero stars I would, but I wanted to make this review to make others aware that this is NOT a family friendly establishment.
To start off, I have Celiac disease so everything I had ordered was supposed to be gluten free which was stressed to our waitress, yet I had a reaction when driving home. I had come here with both my parents and found that most seats and tables were not cleaned, still having crumbs and occasional sticky spots. While the drinks were delicious, my burger had been tough and dry despite the extra condiments, and my mom had a few raw fries.
it was a very good experience. took my daughter there for her bday.
I had gone there for my birthday with a bunch of my coworkers and it was an amazing experience. Regardless of us being quite rowdy and loud, I know my laugh probably made some heads turn, Alexa did an amazing job at making sure everything was as best as it could be. I always eat here normally, but that's 100% not gonna change now that we got Alexa as our waitress! She definitely needs some sort of raise or standing ovation, she was incredible! Keep it up, Alexa!
This was my first time here and it was extremely memorable due to our server, Alexa. My co workers and I received great service and despite it being busy Alexa was attentive to us and was overall a wonderful personality. Food was great and was more than worthy of it's price point. I'm looking forward to coming back here, was a great environment and I wish the best for the staff that was with us tonight.
this place is the biggest success because of servers like Alexa. my party had five people total. even with a member of our party coming a little late and close to the time ofclose, she didn’t bat an eye. she was so personable and kind and fun to be around. the dining experience we had was enlightened because of her. one of the members of my party celebrated a birthday, to which she (only her, all other employees were busy) and my party of five sang along as she taught us how to sing the song. it was so so awesome and i really only wish her the best in life. may her pillow always be cold, may she always find what she needs at the grocery store, may she always hit every green light. she deserves a raise. pls give her a raise.
Bottomless fries are only bottomless if they actually bring them to your table. Having the waiter laugh when you point out that you're still waiting didn't help either. Finally, when I pointed out that the loyalty reward wasn't applied to the check, the waiter blew me off and said it was automatically applied. Once he actual looked at the check he said "Oh. I guess it didn't." Won't be back to this location ever.
Everything was really good at this location that day and the wait staff was really nice. We had a large group for a 16 year old birthday party and they were kind and got everything correct. They brought out ice cream and sang to her. Overall nice experience
Their service and staff quality has gone seriously down hill. I know you can't expect too much from a chain such as this but if its $60 for 3 people to have lunch shouldn't it be decent? Food comes out cold/wrong, server doesn't care to check in and see how anything is, and a few staff members we encountered were even rude. Such a bummer!
