Don't waste your time. Ordered a burger and a salad to go, and had a beer at the bar while waiting. 50 minutes was given my food with a lame excuse that "the chicken took a long time". This was for a bland chicken breast, no special cooking needed. At 6pm, on a Tuesday, to a quiet house..... The burger was cold, bun was soggy and lettuce in the salad was wilted. Limes included in the salad were wilted and brown. Saw multiple people come in after me and recieve food before me.. Absolutely devastating to see how badly this one time favorite has fallen from grace. I will actively tell everyone I know not to go here, as well as hoping this review floats to the top of reviews and you can see it too.
Great staff , really cold beer , food was all awesome ! Generous portions , really good menu options . Try the beer battered shrimp !
I haven't been here in a while, but took the family today for the happy hour burgers and armadillo eggs. After a 20 minute wait we were seated and then told they were out of armadillo eggs for the day.No big deal, we were going there for the burgers. My daughter ordered her kids burger... They were out of that for the day.Alright, went to order the happy hour 1/3 LB burger, it's the same price... Out of those too. This was at 1 PM on a monday.
My wife and I came here tonight with 2 other family members. The restaurant was relatively busy but we were seated quickly and our waitress was very good. The 2 stars is in relation to the food quality. I'm not kidding when I say McDonalds offers a better burger. The patties were thin, charred, and sloppy. My mother in law and her mom had both bought a steak that was like chewing a rubber dog toy. The house salad had brown lettuce and was unappetizing. For $80, this was very disappointing.
Average food and service. Ordered the ribs and fries. The ribs were tender and tasty but my fries were just barely warm and didn’t seem to be fresh. One of my friends ordered the T-Bone steak and it came out over cooked. We sent it back and it took over 20 minutes to get his meal back. The second steak cooked properly but was full of gristle. They ended up not charging for his meal but it sure made the the experience less than great. It will be awhile before I go back. RAM used to be one of my favorites but with the menu changes and less than stellar food it has certainly moved lower on my list.
I do not recommend the impossible burger. It was flavorless and the texture was gross. The pretzel and fondue appetizer was delicious. The service was decent and we received our food quickly. My husband got the ribs and he said they were delicious.
Nice restaurant! Food and drinks were great. Reasonably priced. Server was very attentive as well! Nice spot to have a family dinner or a bite to eat in between shopping or the casino
We sat at the bar. The two of us each ordered a bowl of clam chowder and there were no clams, it tasted like canned spray cheese. It took forever to get and was luke warm when it came out. The one gal in the bar was handling glasses, clean as well as dirty and was wearing her mask just over her lips and not covering her nose. We also ordered a turkey club with sweet potato fries at the same time we ordered the soup. That took almost 45 minutes to come out. My friend ordered a beer and I was driving so I ordered ice water with lemon. We were never checked on to see if we needed anything else, additional drinks, pepper, napkins, which we negot one to share between the 2 of us. Others that ordered after us or even arrived after us were checked on quite often. We had to ask 3 times for a small box for half of the sandwich to go. This is not the experience I have come to expect or I have ever received from The Ram at any location. We paid in cash, never got a receipt and I can tell you that I do not belive we will be back to the Marysville location. If I wanted a luke warm bowl of soup, Panerai would have done that!
The speed of service was phenomenal the waitress was truly the definition of wonderful customer service. We dined in on a Thursday around 7p.m. They close at 8:00p.m. Monday through Friday. The food was decent the spiral styled macaroni was pretty delicious. The sirloin steak medium rare was melt in your mouth delicious. Not at all hard to chew. The flavor was about a 3.5. I loved the fact that it wasn’t extra chewy. The table was extra clean I could of probably ate off it. The atmosphere was truly social with laughter and chatter in the air. The mood was relaxing and comfortable. Family oriented seeing as most people dining in had children. Ram Restaurant has a children’s menu with a scoop of ice cream included. There are specials before 3:00p.m. so arrive early I believe it’s 11:00-3:00p.m. I seen they have enticing dessert options skillet cookie and a mudslide ice cream dish. They have mouthwatering appetizers for anyone who isn’t in the mood for a big meal. I would definitely bring the whole family here. I believe this establishment has a lot to offer the hungry residents near Quil Seda.
Amazing service. We order fish and chips to share, and the wait staff took it upon themselves to split it up onto 2 separate plates. Even cut the 3rd peice of fish in half. Thank you guys for the extra effort. Good food, good beer, cool place.
