Haven't been to a Popeyes in a while so decided to try them for lunch. I regretted it when I got our food. The frustration began with the food being room temp and the shrimp were not only cold, but had been refried multiple times and was sitting for quite some time(the resembled small round balls of grease).The server at the counter replaced the fries but refused to replace the shrimp. We asked for a refund for the one combo. This is where it got weird. We had 2 combos and had to return all the food for the one combo to be refunded. We ended up with a refund for the cost of the one combo and tax. I would recommend trying a different restaurant if you happen to be in the area
Edit: I was there yesterday only for teenagers to mess up our order. Then have me pay for their mistake when it should have had to pay for it. Get home and they forgot our Chicken Sandwich. I called that night just to have a Jaz or Jazzy fight with me about it. Our door was also cold.Called this morning only to have the manager not listen to me and talk to the associate about shortly after she the Manager hung up on me. That’s great.
Excellent biscuits and the popcorn shrimp was delicious!I don't know why everyone takes off their shoes to go to the bathroom here, but other than that it's the perfect Popeyes?
Tasty! Had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. Buns and breading was a little meh the one time I went to this location but the chicken was juicy and good. Overall I recommend Popeyes, I think my burger that time probably was just an exception.
It's not cool to make so many chicken sandwiches and have them sitting under the heat lamp. The crave is over so, I would prefer to wait a few minutes to get a fresh sandwich
We had a drive through order, of a family meal, plus 2 chicken sandwiches. After asking what comes on a chicken sandwich, we were informed everything comes on the side. The lady offered dipping sauces, we asked for ranch.We then drove home, to discover the sandwiches were incorrect. There was a charge on our receipt for the dipping containers. Which we were not made aware of.Upon realizing that our order was incorrect & the charge for dipping sauces.We did call, they put us on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up & called again finally got a hold of the "manager" whom became very rude. Saying that is not what we ordered. Nothing came from the phone call, and now contacting corporate.Will not be back.
Must be under new management or something. Service is lacking and there have been changes to little things. Every time we go for the last 2 months (2022) they are "out of grilled blackened chicken" (Everett used to do this all the time now Marysville too) and if you want a side other than apple sauce for kids they charge extra $2 for it. Ordered chicken strips and was charged for sauce? It was $1.40 for TWO dipping sauce (i bought 10 strips) AND they gave me the WRONG one! Ve sure to check the whole order before you leave! SMH.Guess time to go back to KFC or Ezells or save money and just at at home. LOL #1stWorldProblems
Went to get the 10 dollar sampler box. on line it said 2 fried chicken, 2 fried shrimp and 2 chicken tenders. went there and the guy could not understand what we wanted so some lady took over. got a 15 dollar box with mashed potatoes, and fries. Was told they do not have the sampler box there yet. Why does your chicken tenders have so much coating on them? Can you go back to cook like you did years ago when it tasted like chicken not coating?
This location is great, but the one on evergreen way in Everett is always way to busy you will spend 45 to an hour waiting on food and you can not eat or place an order inside. Only online orders can pick up inside and still you are waiting for a long time. I have had much better luck at this Marysville location.
The chicken is great as long as it's spicy. I would recommend the beans and rice as the best side. Yes the chicken sandwich is great at a good price.
