The girl that was taking my order in the drive-thru was rude straight off the bat. I was being polite and she was giving me nothing but attitude. This made me want to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I get it was 97 degrees yesterday and I’m sure a lot hotter in the kitchen, but this is no way to treat people. The guy who handed me my order was nice and is really the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1
I am slowed by the menu and the possibilities. I'm not big on southern food such as collard greens, catfish, red beans and rice and so on. The tv commercial gets you there, but the drive thru lacks a clear and nummy style menu that doesn't aid in the confusion as to what you may possibly want from this place anyways. If you want a horse to drink, show him how after you get to know him some. Or he may just kiick you! Lol
I liked the food alright. The chicken was delicious and moist, if a little salty. The potatoes and gravy were new to me and I didn't hate it, but I didn't love it either. Disappointed they were out of macaroni and cheese. The items were packed nicely in the bags. The best part was the employees, busy but efficient. Friendly greetings go a long way. The 3 stars are mostly because it isn't food I will eat again...just not my thing.
The staff were friendly and the service was very quick because there was no line. The sandwiches were fresh and hot, best Popeyes experience I've had in years.
Second time part of my order left out. That’s the problem with using Uber Eats. Between the restaurant and the driver , the customer gets screwed. Time to just get in the car and get the food yourself. That way the snowflakes can’t get away with not being able to fill a pretty simple order. Cheers.
Excellent food. Hot, freshly cooked, delicious. I had the spicy popcorn shrimp/chicken tender combo with a side of spicy fries. I wasn't disappointed. Just the right amount of spicy heat on everything. The shrimp had just the right amount of crispy breading where you could really taste the decent sized fresh shrimp morsels with each bite. The fries were perfectly cooked, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. What more could you want?
I ordered 10 pcs of chicken last night (2/20/22) and when I got home the thighs and legs had blood inside and the crust is almost dark that it looks like it was refried. the breasts and wing was fine but the rest was dry. too far to return and wife was hungry and i had to eat the dark ones.
Very efficient store manager, after spending almost 2 months, trying to use my gift card, I was going back and forth with the customer service but they couldn’t help. I called this store ( 2543 172th st ne Marysville , Wa). The manager proposed to try to see if it will work. She made it happened. Got my chicken and I am very happy. My favorite store from now on.
