Last two times calling:First time, called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes.Second time, called 6 or 7 times, they wouldn't pick up and kept hanging up on me.Order online or go in person, but don't bother calling.
6th Tuesday in a row my pizza is made wrong. How hard is it to remove tomatoes from half a pizza?! I only came to this location because it is so close to my house. Never again. I've been coming to this location for years and never a problem. What is going on?
They will never get your order right. I've ordered twice from here and both times they messed up my order. The first time I got a completely different pizza than what I ordered so I let it slide.The second time I specifically ordered NO ONIONS. That's even what it said on the receipt. They still put onions.Extremely disappointed and never ordering here again. The employees are unable to read basic directions
Second or third time we've come to this location and the pizzas are being made with low effort / laziness. Below you'll find a picture of what I mean. Most of the toppings are in the middle and not a lot of toppings either. I think I'll take the drive to go to another establishment while they figure this out.

Upon arrival at the Marysville /Safeway Ctr store our phone in order was not found and pizza not made yet. While the cashier was busy looking for it and asking other employees if they had seen the order, Devin immediately asked me what our order was and quickly got our order ready. He didn’t wait for someone to tell him to do it, he just did it. And then he apologized for it not being done on time. Great worker, good employee ! Devin will keep customers coming back. The in store employees have no idea what’s going on with their online promos. I bring in a picture of the coupon and it’s code and they won’t accept it.Not upset to much about that but more that they didn’t care at all about how Unorganized they are with the promos and coupons
