We wanted to have a quick dinner so opted for pizza. Seeing MOD pizza super fast on the board we thought we are at the right place.Not sure if it was just on July 4th or if it is usually like this - extremely slow and poor serviceWe stood in line and did customized orders then waited for almost 10 mins to pay.Again waited for a long time finally pizzas were delivered.As always pizzas and cheesy garlic bread were goodWe asked for extra plates for the kids but they gave us pizza boxes
Waited 10 minutes to finally start taking my order (they were busy I get it) the person in charge was running circles and barking at the employees and customers. I got the wrong pizza completely on one of them, and on the other I asked for ranch drizzled and this lady gave me a bath for a pizza. Not to mention neither of them are really cut at all... Normally I have a good experience here, pretty dissapointed.
We went in on a busy Friday night. There was a line, but the employees handled it quickly and efficiently.I love being able to watch my pizza being made, and being able to say what and how much is put on itThe pizzas were cooked perfectly and tasted great!
I love Mod and this place can get crazy busy but usually I don't have any problems. I had to come back three times to get everything but I was very happy when the manager even when everything was clean and basically shut down still remade my pizza and offered me a full refund. This experience will not stop me from coming back, I worked for a pizza place briefly and you can't let one bad experience keep you from other good ones.Thank you for fixing the issue with our order.
We decided to eat at Mod Pizza today, considering we’ve had amazing experiences at other locations. This time our experience was anything but nice. They asked for our pizza sizes (we ordered one mini and one mega mod size). We received one correct and the other was a mod size. We went up to pick up our food because our name was called. The lady with rainbow hair then says “didn’t you have a mini and a mega?” i said “yes i did” and she answers with an attitude saying “Well I guess you get a free upgrade.” Okay?? How is it our fault that YOUR kitchen messed up OUR order. It clearly says here on the sheet that we ordered a mini. Not only that, but they had also forgotten one of our salads and didn’t realize because they were in such a rush. Overall the attitude of the workers and the environment was NOT it. She gave the same attitude and messed up the order of another girl that was behind us in line, so we know it wasn’t just a problem with us.

The two guys were working hard. One was a new employee and they apologized for the wait. I didn't mind. I got a Caesar salad and Mod pizza. Everything was great!
Sounds like free-form has quite abit of sand in va jay jay ..might want to get that sorted...be let's say more grounded rather than HATING on da internet ...MOD has always kept me and my fam fed never had an issue..
Freeplay 775 sounds like a former disgruntled employee who probably got fired.I've seen a lot of fresh new faces at this location lately and have expirenced nothing but the exact opposite. I do agree that the wait times need to be improved greatly though
I went there tonight to get my husband dinner after getting out of the hospital. I walked in and waited like 10 min and a worker walked in from outside having a cigarette he walked in and right to work no washing his hands or anything. He went over to the dough machine and put his hands in the dough and started making pizzas. Then he thought maybe I should put gloves on so he did. After that he took his sweaty gloves off and went back to the dough machine and started making pizzas again. Grossed me out and I left I will be calling tomorrow to inform the manager about this. I won’t be eating there EVER!!
