What a cute and fun frozen yogurt shop! It is under new management and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We sampled so many yummy flavors. We will definitely be back soon. If you haven’t been, stop what your doing and go now :)
First of all there was mold in the yogurt it was an awful experience the place was poorly taken care of, there was hair in the yogurt, it was just disgusting, I will never go back and I recommend you don’t either that place was bad, just bad. I walked in a few weeks ago and it reeked some kinda horrible stench, like mold almost, there was no one at the counter, for a good 10 minutes, and when I finally received help, it seemed like they were ready to leave, and had a bit of an attitude
I was charged twice for a dollop of vanilla yogurt 22.00 !!! and if you are going to Solicit tips for yourself you should provide a service maybe a smile or a greeting when you walk in the door?

Just bought the cheesecake yogurt Prepackaged. My second bite had shards of glass in it.Called the store to tell them. I just wanted a refund. They told me no. Their lucky I did not get injured. I told them not to sell anymore of the ice-cream package on that date She just laughed and said have a good day.
I really love this place. The yogurt is delicious and they offer non sorbet dairy free options. BUT....yeah the staff not wearing a mask is off putting. I saw the reviews mentioning the staff not wearing masks and I was wondering if I didn't notice so I decided to check out the place today. The staff are nice, courteous, and helpful, but this is a pandemic.

My wife and I like occasionally bringing the kids here but the employees are never wearing masks. It's concerning to us in the current climate and don't understand how there can be such a lack of management that this isn't being delt with. We don't confront or say anything to the employees, they are young girls, we get it but it is disappointing that we don't feel comfortable coming back here until this pandemic ends or the business follows the States guidelines and masks up.
This trendy little froyo shop is truly a delicious Gem!I wish I found Menchies sooner!Great Variety of Froyo flavors followed by numerous toppings that includes candy pieces real fruit pieces, brownie pieces, and syrup that includes Reese's peanut butter syrup, milk chocolate hot fudge, white chocolate, etc.Menchies charge 0.68 each o.z.Price decision is due to weighing your delicious creation on the Menchie scale.The place was super clean and the self-service was easy and fun. I would recommend Menchies to my friends & family!
I went to this store 2 weeks ago in the evening. The attendant was great! It was the best tasting frozen yogurt I have ever had. Today I went to the same store at about 2 pm and the service was lousy, and the yogurt was spoiled tasting. I had to throw it out! I pointed out to the attendant that the yogurt was completely watery and her reply was, well it is soft serve and made me pay for it anyway. This person needs to be fired
