Do not order on the app for dine in or pick up. This location doesn't have enough staff and the dining room is often closed during normal business hours. All the doors were locked, lights were off inside and their phone isn't connected so we had to wait in the long, very slow drive thru line. Never would have ordered if we knew how long it was going to take. Food was cold by the time we got it. On top of that the employees are very rude. We were asked why we went through the drive thru for a pickup order and were told we should have knocked at the door to pick up our food. Well we waited outside for about 10 minutes, tried both doors, both were locked and there were no signs saying to knock. Is this a speakeasy or McDonald's? How about the app doesn't allow you to order for dine in or pickup if the dining room is closed, that seems to make more sense. We were then waved away with a rude and dismissive "bye". Mcdonald's corporate also doesn't respond when you contact them through the app.
Lately I haven't eaten to go to McDonald's due to pour customer service and terrible cold food. But today I stopped by the one near the Outlets in Tulalip, WA and the service was perfect the food was hot and very well prepared even the soda tasted really good. Keep up the great work. Will be stopping here more often. Can't wait until you can open back up the lobby. I come to the outlet and prefer not to eat in the food court.Have a most wonderful week.4/11/22Pleased customer
Its a little bitClassier but beware its hours reflect the designer mall next door. They close like 9pm. Customers are a bit snottier asyou are at the designer mall & these customers know their name tags & can spot a Walmart outfit 10 yards away.
This McDonalds is better than the one on State Ave in Marysville. There’s only 2 in the area. The quality of the products are fresher and better overall than the State Ave one. The Quil Ceda location is a tad higher in price by 20 cents on some items but it’s worth it! Make sure you use the mobile app and get the deals.
This place is basically ready McDonalds to another of tourist or popular traffic and unfortunately that must out staff on a stressful edge. Nonetheless I had the cashier shove my card back into my hand, after what I assume was a bad interaction with the vehicle infront of me.
Quick drive through lines, friendly staff, and it’s always good to get the food and sit across the parking lot and watch all the people who go into the Outlett Mall.
This place is horrible and terribly understaffed. They prioritize drive through and left all the mobile orders and third party pick ups waiting for about 45 minutes-1hour
I hope with the prices y’all are charging now that, not only can you pay employees etc.. PLEASE I suggest some better microphones or headsets or even both. Every time lately I go to McDonald’s including this one specifically. I ask for a certain topping on my burger & I do not even receive that. 15:09 I went through drive through. Decent food but the place is a run down disaster! Garbage falling out of dumpsters, parking lot flooded to name a couple things.
Hubby and I ordered Quarter Pounders with Cheese and Fries. We pulled into a parking spot to eat.Not only were the Fries cold ?, the Hamburgers were also cold, ?Please, Do Better. I know you can.Thank you.
