It's a McDonald's. What do you expect? I arrived at 11am, and it was unfortunately quite long of a wait, even though it has the 2 drive-thru paths. The crew are on par. The customers on the other hand, are complete idiots. I had to sit at the pay window for at least 5 minutes with my money out the window, while this saint of a crew member had to deal with a complete putz. Props to the crew.
My happy meal was missing a drink and apple slices, the drink marked diet was regular, and despite ordering three nugget meals we got none of the sauce we asked for. Didn’t realize any of this until we got home and can’t go back; when I tried to call the number won’t connect.
Nothing stands out too much either way at this location. I've been through the drive thru several times, which has always been fairly busy, and my experience has never been great but also never terrible. Had my order messed up about half the time, they've run out of things a couple times and the employees always seem pretty neutral, don't make a point to be pleasant but aren't rude. It's McDonald's lol. I know when I worked at Taco Time years ago I didn't always wanna be overly nice to the people yelling at me thru the drive thru arguing about prices I didn't control or telling me we definitely sold taco BELL items and I didn't know what I was talking about. All in all, it's your average McDonald's.
Super rude girl that was working messed up my order 3 times I was ordering and the girl walked away never came back
Average night staff not realizing they doing super hero stuff. We went to a family event with mediocre food and when we left all 7 of us were starving. Hit the dt and did a reasonable 7-15 min line to feed 7 people for only $45. Dt lady was direct and on point. Dude with long hair at the last window looked at my Karen wife with the eyes of Thor and said it's all there and right... My Karen wife then pulled out and parked in the parking lot to find all the burger and fries and nuggets where perfect... Good on ya late night team at McDonald's in Marysville.
I don’t set my standards high for McDonald’s but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Terrible customer service, forgot half of our order and the sauce on all the sandwiches (and forgot sauce packets). Chicken was dry and stringy. EW. I know it’s fast food but this was awful
This McDonalds is the worst one you can go to in the area. Their ice cream machines are broken about 95% of the time. They mess up your order about half the time. The food is also just not consistent. I only keep eating here because it is 1 minute from my home, but I am probably going to drive the extra 10 minutes to the next one down the road from now on.
They were nice and fast, food was standard, but to-go orders should come with napkins automatically..
This the second time I've gone through the drive thru and gotten cold breakfast sandwich :(. Both times it was the sausage mc griddle, hashbrowns are warm, sandwich is flat cold. Just a heads up for anyone wanting warm breakfast.
Lobby is open for takeout & drive-thru. Not the friendliest employees. This location is notorious for closing early & their milkshake machine it's always down so they claim..
