Good location most of the time. The drive through goes through when it gets busy. I use the take out spots. I utilize the online app. I get great deals on it. Like buy one Big Mac, quarter pounder, or chicken nuggets, get one free. Free fry Friday’s. Tons of deals. Buy one breakfast sandwich get one free. Utilize the app! It’s worth using the take out spots or order ahead and go through drive through with your order code ready. You will have already paid so show your code and you’ll just get your receipt.
This McDonald's was absolutely horrible the attendant taking the oil sucked the food was burnt. Yes somehow a McDonald's managed to burn a McGriddle
Mediocre service all the time. Terrible service today! Forgot half my order, called out the order right at the window, but handed me a bag missing five dollars worth of food. Then they served me this sandwich. Burnt. Nasty. And Apparently they are eating parts of customers food. If those aren't bite marks I don't know what they are.
Brown manager has an attitude. Probably only hired in to meet equality standards. She does not have a clue as to what is going on there.
Sadly, messed up food orders are not the only problem, food quality is as well. Breakfast has been consistently good, but the last 3 big macs had severely overcooked patties, mc-chickens have never been a problem. The fries have been consistently bad, and not even filled :( that used to be what they were known for.Forgot mcgriddles on our breakfast order, offered to replace next time we are in. Of course I kept forgetting, one day I remembered and had then replaced. That is the one time the breakfast was not good. The edge around both mcgriddles was hard? Never had that before!Sad to say I live less than a mile from the 7920 evergreen way mcd's, but I drive to 41st or all the way to mukilteo if I want mcdonalds, needless to say this causes me not to visit this chain very often now.This one also tells me I can't order the daily double, one of my favorite. I go online to do an order, and there is the daily double!! So I have to order it online to get it, they can't figure out how to ring through. If I can't get consistent food, and have to do the cashiers job, I would rather not keep spending $35 every time I stop by with my family.
It's McDonald's not much to expect. Service was slow waited 10 minutes in drive thru lane after my order was taken to be told to pull up front and they are waiting on fries. Another 10 minutes later I got my food and guess what? Everything in my order was cold except for the french fries what a joke
Out of the McDonald's I've visited in the area, this one is one of the fastest! The crew is usually great and I've never had a major issue with my order. Although McDonald's as a company encourages curbside, those orders usually aren't prioritized over drive thru and face to face ordering. Which is unfortunate since I mainly order curbside. The only warning I'd give is that during heavy rains (which is of course common in this area), there's a massive flooding issue near the drive thru lanes that can even get as far as being where customers line up. Not sure how much can even be done about it, but I've seen cars get stuck in it so just a general warning for smaller cars.
I came in for a meal, my bank card was locked so I couldn't get anything, and when I told the woman who took my order, she stated that it was fine and to hold tight. She came to me a moment later with my order and said that since it was already made, it was no problem. Even if it was for the holiday season, she was nice and kind about the matter. She is a good example of kindness and understanding. Chivalry isn't dead yet.
They DID NOT get my order correct. I did not receive ALL the food I ordered & paid for. I Would have been allot more satisfied, if I had my order correct. This would NOT be my first or even second time dealing with this error. So basically if you guys were actually Like, a pizza place and took someone’s order for 1 pepperoni pizza, they will literally give you one piece on a whole freakin cheese pizza. VERY disappointing. Please fix this issue.
The lobby was closed to the public so we had to go through the drive the kid who took our order was very polite and the our order was promptly delivered fresh and hot!
