Sehr sauber und höflich Angestellte ??
Ian's my husband are just dicutwd with KFC forgot our biscuits again where's there customer service they don't answer their phone at all tried several times on line 3 so hit line 2 that was answered and the man said yeah we get alot of calls like yours they never answer their phone so people call us we aren't even KFC we just take orders for them . He even said go back down there I said you know I don't live by KFC why would I go back . Super tired of paying over 30 dollars and they can't even get the order right this isn't the first time.
KFC is hit or miss.Most days the service is very slow. Very slow. Multiple the slow. Sometimes they run out of food items. The employees are usually friendly and willing to make slight changes. The chicken tasty (why I like it) but greasy. It is what expect.It is a unhealthy addiction, but I like the chicken.They do chicken right.
I drive for doordash and they are always rude. we have to guess if the lobby is open or not and the 10% of the time when its open they give you crap for coming to the drive thru. they laugh at you, they make animal noises behind a closed window. ridiculous.
Worst attitudes ever!!! Everytime I come here (not my choice) they are rude when they finally look at you and acknowledge you are there. They blame the customers for it being busy and that they are unprepared for dinner rush. No one wants to do anything when it comes to the front counter. Hearing the employees talk bad about customers in the drive thru is all you hear when you are waiting for your order. They talk extremely rude to each other as well. Seems like a very hostel work environment.
The worst chicken, very dry seemed old. They forgot my gravy I got 2 sides with my bucket of mashed potatoes and gravy. Very unhappy about that. I was home couldn't go back so had to make my own which wasn't what we wanted. Biscuits were hard. It just seemed everything was old and cold. I'm being generous giving 2 stars, Cause in the past they've been ok.
Not sure wether I wanna leave a 2 or 3 star.. The food tasted fine. My big gripe is THREE different times we have had to drive back (from home) after ordering & getting our food, because they forgot something in our order. We always get the big orders to feed our family.. There needs to be better checking over the orders during bagging of orders and/or handing them over & sending them off with customers. I once sat through the drive through line for 10+ minutes, just to get a forgotten part of my order, because the lobby is closed. And in that time, saw someone else come back for the same reason as me (showing their receipt angrily thru the store window -something I wished I had done to save time). This restaurant needs help. (They literally have a big "now hiring" sign in window). On a positive note, they were friendly at the window. Just make sure you double check your orders before leaving the parking lot, or be prepared to waste gas and or money.. x.x'
This is the second time I stopped to get some KFC and they have their lobby closed (drive through only). When I'm not sure what I really want or see what's all on thei menu, I want to go in. Instead of sitting at the drive through menu and making people wait. Both times I left and didn't order. Don't think I'll ever stop here again because the closest fast food restaurant is out of my way from here when I'm heading home
Ordered in the drive through.The amazement started when the person at the window needed to bring out their cell phone to do the math to figure out how much change to give back. I know we should have checked the order thoroughly, and when we got home, found out that we got the wrong meal, the "large" cole slaw was a small and one beverage was completely missing. We took the food back to get a refund and didn't get any form of apology. It's amazing how little they seem to care.
I'm surprised with all the bad reviews. I've never had a problem with this KFC location. My order has always been accurate, the workers have always been friendly and the fried chicken has always been hot and delicious.
