My 1st time at Jimmy John's. Good sandwich but they're not faster than firemen like their old commercial says. There was only one person in front of me who was already waiting for her sandwich and it took 8 of them like 15 minutes to make mine.
I ordered a combo online at 11:55A for delivery. At 12:45 I finally called the store to ask them to cancel the order, as the tracker still said the order hadn't left the store. The lady who answered the phone didn't give a name. Just said "Jimmy Johns" I said "I was calling to cancel my order because my lunch is just about over" before I could finish, she replied "ok let me get my manager." A few seconds later, she came back on the phone and said "ok, we will cancel it." and then hung up. That was the entire interaction. So I apologize for being an inconvenience to this location. I am sorry I tried to order a sandwich for lunch. Since I didn't receive an apology, I guess I will give YOU one as a customer. I can understand if things get missed, mistakes happen, or that sometimes staffing can be short, etc... but to not even get a sorry, and to be hung up on is just plain rude and deplorable customer service. I will not be returning to this location or any others. I guess customer service isn't a thing anymore here. Just a paycheck for treating people like a hassle and inconvenience. Shoot, maybe I should apply to Jimmy Johns if this is the business model. Treat customers poorly, and still get paid?! Sounds like a great time to me! Easy money. Absolutely disappointing and pathetic. No need to contact me. Just wanted to give this feedback. Take care and good luck!

I give this location a chance every 6 months or so and after literally every order I've ever gotten has been either low quality or made incorrectly, I just won't ever come here again. Just threw away a 20 dollar sandwich because it had tomatoes all over it, and it was ordered no tomatoes for someone with an allergy. 0n top of that, the lettuce on both sandwiches was going bad. Lots of brown lettuce. And the tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy and mushy. What a waste of 30 some dollars. Not even gonna bother trying to get a refund cuz this place is notorious for refusing to refund unsatisfied customers and I sure as hell don't want store credit. Ew. No thanks. Not fresh. Not fast. Not good.
I love that I am addicted to a fresh, fast sandwich joint that is consistent, friendly, and personable. I aleays feel like I belong when I go there, even though I am just an occaisional customer. The food is terrific, the place is neat and clean, and I really like them.

Were just incredibly rude and unprofessional, bossy, and bratty. Not a classy establishment.
They are always so fast delivering to my work. Today it was taking awhile and I started to wonder what was going on. A couple minutes later an employee called me to tell me they realize its taking a bit but mine was the next to go out once a driver got back from a delivery. I am super easy going when I am updated so I was very impressed by this tiny little customer service action.
Folks very friendly. Bread could have been fresher but not to bad. Will go back.
