I am not one to give bad reviews and in all honesty if I could give tonight's experience zero stars,I would. Ordered a Jumbo Jack Combo and an Ultimate Cheeseburger Combo,got home and neither burger was right,both microwaved to rubber bread and leather meat and not a single condiment along with cold fries. Look,I get that the Pandemic wreaked havoc,but there is literally zero excuse for the constant bad experiences and lack of customer service.
Who serves a crispy chicken sandwich without the chicken??This place does that... I'm not happy about that
There isn't anything better than an Ultimate Cheeseburger, except getting napkins in my bag...... which I did not get.
The food was just a little over warm. It was edible. The buns are still way too large.
THIS location should go teach the 4th st location how to do their job!!! Thank you to the crew that works here for great customer service and the food being on point!! Happy New Year!!
Wasn't impressed had to wait for my food got it my fries were cold! It wasn't very good

Worst place ever. Just spent 30 minutes in line. With only 2 cars ahead of me. 2. Dont go here. They don't know what they are doing. Ive written many complaints in the past. Corporate office needs to get them in shape. Or start firing people
Worse jack in the box ever. I’m so over going here! The past 4 times they have messed up my order! Ask for curly fries get regular fries, ask for no ketchup on the burgers I get ketchup, they give me the wrong salad the list goes on! Avoid drive thru at all cost!! They are so dang slow and just rude! I’ll be waiting almost 10 min no joke then told to pull around front! This place is a joke and they need some new management stat!
