The staff here is great, don't get me wrong. The food is standard Jack in The Box, how can you hate the classic 2 Tacos?My problem here is with whomever is staffing this place at night. They constantly run 1 or maybe 2 people to do everything on a Friday Night. When people get out of the bars, or whatever, the line gets to be 10+ cars, since only the Drive-Thru is open. The wait for food can be like 20-30 minutes, no joke. The staff always seems so flustered because there is just not enough help for them - I feel so bad.Please please please, owner of this JITB, add more staff on the weekend. It will make all your customers happier.
Me and my boyfriend just came through the drive through and sat at the menu for 3 minutes saying hello, no one responded so we pulled up to the window and a Asian girl working said "we don't take orders at the window " then proceeded to shut the window when all we were doing was trying to explain that we weren't aware they were even open because no one said anything when we siad hello are you there after waiting nearly 3 minutes I am a manager at a pizza place and I could never imagine treating a customer in such a rude,and disrespectful manner... I will not be coming back.
The gentleman helping us out was hilarious, kept us laughing while we waited for food, it was through the drive through after midnight, I would go back just to see what other jokes he had available!
Very fast service and the Tacos tasted amazing! Not the best location as you need to go out of your way if your leaving towards the direction of the town as this location is near the on/off ramp of I5.
Unfortunately everything we ordered last night with the exception of the drink was inedible. One of the breakfast jacks wasn't just old tasting I thought I was actually going to wake up sick from the one bite I took. The curly fries, we're not sure how long they sat there then as if they were reheated. Love Jack in the Box but may never eat it again. Stomach still rolling in thought.
Got 4 double cheeseburgers with no buns. Guy asked if I wanted them all stacked in a bowl, with a fork, with or without ketchup. They knew I had been cutting on carbs and made the accommodations. Patties were still great as usual.
This place has gotten too expensive! We got two breakfast combos and paid over $20. Hash browns were soggy and under cooked.
They were out of alot of foods like fries/curly fries, everything in chicken, so I wasn't able to order what I wanted in a combo, very disappointing
Hands down the worst frickin service out of ANY fast food joint I have EVER been to!! This is my 7th time trying to get food here in the last year. The staff is either coming up with some lame computer issue as to why they can't take your order or like today just plain out ignores you while you're at the speaker tring to ask for your order! Last time I checked Fast Food is still a customer service based job...perhaps you all need someone to come in and show you how the hell its done!!
