Burger was fine, service great. Sad that there wasn't peanuts at this location.Overall the burger wasn't worth $11. I'm likely done with Five Guys.
What can I say about five guys fries.. We came in here and only ordered fries. Two regular size fries and a drink for $12. Kinda pricey but the picture speaks for itself. We got so many fries that we had to rip the bag open to get to them all. They were the best French fries I've had in a long time, and I am a savant of the fry. Sometimes five guys gives soggy fries. Not this time. Super crispy, hot, and salty. Nicely sized as well. These are still better than Wendy's new fries.
When it comes to food, this place had some really good burgers and fries.Nothing to complain about those or even on the staff.But me and a friend of mine ended up going here for lunch and we both ended up using the cashier to the right to place our orders, and not even and hour after we left around 5:00pm we both ended up getting Card fraud purchases in our accounts. I will defiantly not be going here again as suspected to have a card reader.
one of the poorly managed stores I deal with 7 people standing around ovens twidling their thumbs when they could be prepping to go orders. instead they wait 20 mins and then work on it which takes another 10 mins. I've waited several times with no customers In the store for 20+ mins waiting for milkshakes the easiest thing for them to do
I love the burgers and fries but what I don’t like is letting people come in and get served without a mask. One was by the soda machine and two people came to order without a mask. I can’t come here anymore due to me having an autoimmune disease and taking a risk with unmasked people walking in. It’s also going to get you shut down when your workers get Covid. So do something!
The first time I came everything was perfect but this time my experience wasn't very good.Food was good, customer service ok, but unfortunately they messed up my orders, so next time I'll have to pay extra attention on what they are doing!
Placed an online order for pickup. Checked in once I arrived. After waiting around for 20 minutes, no one called out my order number. Asked the employees where my order was and there it was sitting on the counter. I would have expected them to remake my order, but they didn't. Opening the food, everything was cold and soggy. I'm really disappointed in the lack of communication and attention to customer's orders. $50 for soggy, cold food is ridiculous.
Kinda misleading name. There were 2 dudes and 3 girls working at the one I went to.Also only giving 4 stars because they took the peanuts away. I know...Covid is the real blame here. But that doesn't change the fact that my "Five Persons" dining experience has been diminished.Still gives Hella fries though. 4.5 stars.
I've never been to five guys but stopping here was exciting you pick what you want and you pay you wait it's in it's out it's fresh they have over a hundred and something soda choices which that was cool not too costly for average for a burger and fries definitely will return
Really enjoyed my burger and fries I had today! But dang it was 16 dollars for just me and I had a regular drink also everything was a size little. I mean it was good but dang that is really expensive for just a single meal. I'll come back as a treat to myself but can't do it often.
