This might be the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in the Seattle area. The exterior and the surroundings definitely do not scream “amazing food,” but if you take a chance and walk inside you will be greeted with generous portions of fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked, moist meats, bottomless, homemade tortilla chips, amazing salsa, and margaritas that will snap your head back. We definitely did not expect this hole-in-the-wall on the corner to come through like it did. Everything was well prepared, everything tasted like someone cared, the service was great, and the bill was totally reasonable. We do not live in the area, but we will definitely make the drive back just to come here.If you are in the area—hell, even if you are not, go to this place. You will not be disappointed.
I travel for work, So I eat out a lot. More times than not it is over priced garbage. I found los dos agaves yesterday in Marysville WA. What a gem. Super friendly staff and the food I ordered was perfect. Ordered the same thing twice. Went back today. I highly recommend a visit. Fresh hot and delicious. The chips and salsa are very good. Red and green salsa. FYI, a bit spicy just how I like it. I was really happy with my dinner both nights. Didn’t feel ripped off went home full and happy. Los tres gallos. Grilled chicken, carne asada, bacon wrapped shrimp, rice, beans, flour or corn tortillas, pico and guac. Ooooweeee so good.
Date visited 6/16/2022Good food. We had a chicken enchilada and a cheese enchilada. This place is a hole in the wall restaurant.Parking is kinda hard to find but definitely worth it.
We sure enjoyed discovering this clean and family owned place. Our table had Carne Asada, Trio Fajitas (shrimp, steak & chicken) and another lovely steak item served in strips with a family recipe spicy tomato based sauce, called Steak Dos Agaves. Wow!A fresh and cozy atmosphere that shows pride. Priced a bit below the area chain MX restaurants, while the food is truly an upgrade.Enjoy!
Great food, the grill has the best flavor, and I'm addicted to the street tacos. If you don't like a lot of onions or cilantro just ask for lite toppings. The salsa has a nice heat, I prefer their green salsa.
Stopped by for lunch. It has been a few years since we ate there. Just because we dont live in the area and the strawberry festival and not happening. You know covid. The food was amazing service was awsome kind, promp, knowledgeable. I left with a warm full tummy. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience.
Back in October, the food was amazing. I don't know what happened tonight. The shrimp wasn't deveined, the meat was burned. Only about a half a cup of beans for a side, i was expecting to share with my kids.
Wow what a great Mexican restaurant. Portions are really big, food is awesome and service was excellent.
