I'm usually very positive and forgiving, but I have to share three negatives about my visit. 1) My blizzard was runny and not solid (which might be why it was served with a lid and not turmed upside down like they advertise). And it wasn't like it was sitting around. I got it very quickly, which leads to 2) the toppings were only in the top 2/3 of the blizzard- the bottom third was not mixed at all, it was just ice cream. Maybe they were in too much of a hurry to do a complete job? 3) I tried paying with Google Pay with my phone, but they don't have a device to extend out the window so I could tap my phone - they said the owner was too cheap to invest in that technology, and they wanted me to hand them my phone to take behind the window. Instead, I gave them my credit card. I love Dairy Queen - just not this one.
The order was not fresh at all and it was a20 minute wait for 2 chili dogs that were burned beans were completely black and hard. Very bad experience for the price you pay here. My chicken sandwich was cold and grandson got a plain hamburger that came with pickles mustard and ketchup not plain at all. Bad spot to blow money for wrong bad or incomplete orders. For long waits even at 2pm.
I love this Dairy Queen even if they shorted me on hot fudge in my Shake! Please make sure to add hot fudge inside shake not chocolate syrup when requested! We ordered flame broiled hamburgers that were surprisingly tasty! We also indulged in hot fudge sundaes and strawberry sundaes with DQ sprinkles! Customer service was a little slow but worth the wait! It’s just food and it’s quality compared to other fast food chains in the Marysville area. DQ has been my “fast food choice” in April.
Waste of money . Stupid workers. What they gave me was not worth my money . 2nd time!! Never coming back to this dq. So little fries and my chicken strips look like chicken nuggets. F this place. Come here if u want to waste money .2/18/2022. - Lunch time. !
The young woman that handed my order to me, through the Drive-Thru window was extremely personable, made brief but engaging conversation. I wish I'd have asked her name. She will do well. My overall experience with DQ last night was great.
Totally awesome!! I typically go to the Marysville Mall DQ, but they were closed tonight, so I opted to drive down state ave... above and beyond, WAY better than the other one!! Super friendly staff, took our orders carefully. They even asked if I would like toppings on my sundae... I didn't even know whipped cream was an option until now!! On top of that, my food was packaged very nicely! This will be my go to Dairy Queen from now on.
Always busy but never backed up. Full of hard workers, and when I'm delivering food once I've arrived the food I'm delivering is ready in a good amount of time.
Ha if this place took just at least 3 more seconds to hear me and what I wanted maybe I wouldn't have yelled at I think the manager to get his attention before they just made my item. I was trying to get the attention of 2 people to find out facts before I subtract or add things to my item. I did both and they made it like a joke when I got my item I threw the whole thing away. I'm not to be made a joke just because of your inability to use your customer service skills that you need when working in fast food and your lack of service and attention is why have you this rating. I don't rate low especially on things I like.
DQ is consistent and good. We got a mini Blizzard in the drive thru. The line moved quickly. The employee that helped us was very nice. The Blizzard was great, the mix-ins and ice cream were of a good ratio and mixed well (that has been an issue at others). My only complaint is that for a MINI Blizzard, over $4 is a little expensive, but it's good, so it balances out.
Mediocre food and really poor customer service.I asked to switch out toast for more fries and was told it isn't possible, then was ignored in the drive thru. Find out that they put very few fries and the "toast" was not toasted. It tasted microwaved. Poor customer service.
