When I got home my Chicken Parm was VERY dry and tough, plus no sauce....only baked on. I called manager and all I was offered was more sauce ( if I made the 40+minutes round-trip back TONIGHT) They wouldn't take a note and allow me to come in tomorrow. " We don't give I.O.U.s" I asked wouldn't they cook me a fresh order But she said "Even if we did it would be the same. We wouldn't change for YOU. We haven't had complaints " ( I had the feeling they batch cook it then reheat it when ordered) I told her we've come in for YEARS but if they wouldn't fix this we would've be back. She didn't care. I said I would hit the reviews. Go to Olive Garden instead, plus you get soup or salad too.
I found this place on line after traveling to the tulip festival from Kansas. The chicken garlic pizza, breadsticks, and fried ravioli were amazing. But more amazing was the kind and friendly woman (manager or owner maybe) who helped us. She was the sweetest and nicest person I have encountered in a long time. I would highly recommend this place.
My first time here, customer service was great! We got half house favorite and half garlic chicken. Asked for no mushrooms on the garlic chicken half and ended up unfortunately not getting bell peppers as well which was disappointing as the pizza had WAY too much cheese.Also ordered fried ravioli and breadsticks as and was very impressed with the pesto aioli sauce!Will come back but to try a calzone or pasta.
The food is really good and that’s the only reason for the 3 stars. The customer service one the other hand needs some work. We had 4 to go orders on Friday one of them was placed 5 minutes after the rest of us ordered and she had to wait an extra 40 minutes for her food. The waitress was unapologetic and then to top it off I found a hair in my food.
Ordered their pizza for pickup after work online. Got there just before closing. The bread sticks were amazing. They didn't survive the trip home. I was just too hungry and they were so yummy. The cheese bread was good too. The pizza was heavy with topping and looked awesome. It tasted fantastic. It reminded me of the pizzas I used to get when I was little and living in Eastern Washington. If Domino's and Pizza Hut want to know why they are having hard times then they need to come here and relearn how pizza is supposed to be done. I'll be back for more soon.
Our food was an hour late AND only half cooked. The staff was terribly rude when we were there to pick up. We have had wonderful experiences in the past. This might have been our breaking point, not sure it's worth going back ?
We love this place. We lived in Marysville for years and dined there but now we live up.north and stop in for take out. Excellent food. Chicken fettuccine and Ceasars with shrimp. Yum.
I do enjoy this place. Prices are good. Portions used to be huge but on my recent take out order they seemed smaller. Still a decent portion. It is always very busy so you know its a local favorite.
Holy delicious pizza!! This place is now our new favorite pizza place!! The crust was thick and crusty and the pizza was covered in the right amount of cheese- which is a lot!! The staff was very busy but they kept a cool head and were very kind!
This place is consistent in the preparation and delivery of their well known product. They don't need my review, but I wanted to thank them for years of great meals! My Mom's favorite place to dine!
