I wish I could give them ZERO stars. All the employees here and just so rude and have zero customer service skills. Came in at 8:20 and got told all fruit is put away for the night because they close soon? You close at 9…. They need new leadership or employees who can at least fake a smile.I got my ice cream with ice cream smeared all down the side also I asked her to wipe it and she gave me attitude. Good ice cream but your employees are AWFUL.
The staff is great, the ice cream is great. If I rated those it would be 5 stars. The way mobile orders are done is why this is 3 stars. I ordered on their website and I didn’t change the time because habit. Most places will auto pick a time that works. So I was happily waiting for my order to arrive only to be notified that it was cancled because the time their website picked doesn’t work with online orders…so I called because that’s what the instructions where. And was told I can come pick my order up or wait 3-5 business days for a refund…if I could get my order I wouldn’t have asked for delivery. Just frustrating. But that’s not the staffs fault. That’s the companies fault.

Giving only one star.Used to love this place but after the lack of service recieved tonight i was highly displeased.Ice cream was subpar per usual as well as pricey for what you get (side note my strawberries had a VERY bitter/rotten taste to them)My fiance and i had just come from an amazing dinner date wanting a sweet treat before we headed home. The store had an hour left before they closed the staff was there already getting ready to closed as we walked in we got a very cold "hello" from the lady at the register they then rushed us to make an order although we were the only people in there at the time. I specifically asked for a cone for my ice cream and they proceeded to make me pick a paper bowl size... after telling them what we wanted the lady back at the register very very rudly continued to say "i will help you down here! I will help you down here!!" Although we werent finished adding things to our order. I felt disgusted with the way we were treated so i looked at my fiance and he gave up the order and let them scoop up and serve what they already had. The ice cream was already melting by the time it hit the counter at the check out. Needless to say none of the employees recieved a tip nor will we be returning!!Do not waste your time or money here as there are many reviews with the same issues dating back MONTHS!!
Although I like the ice cream as a fun treat for the kids I can no longer justify paying what coldstone charges and won’t be back. $10 for a cone (dipped and smallest size) is extreme. Especially when you get several. Surprise! $45 for 4 cones
The door and online clearly states 9pm. Its 8:35pm and the rejected service because they said they are closed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. You need also have a very serious conversation with your leadership. You're employees literally yell at customers and act like the customer is an inconvenience. I asked for a waffle bowl and they put it in a cone. When I told them I got a huge sigh with an eye roll. I work retail and I can tell you the customer isn't always right but they are also the reason the doors can stay open. I really think your leadership at this location don't understand this.
Asked for a smaller size in a larger bowl but they still filled the bowl letting it leak all over and then slid it towards me dripping ice cream and leaving a large mess.
Super rude staff. Very discriminating towards me.
If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Everyone was rude and didn’t acknowledge us until we said something. They practically threw our ice cream down and said nothing the whole time.
