When I got home my Chicken Parm was VERY dry and tough, plus no sauce....only baked on. I called manager and all I was offered was more sauce ( if I made the 40+minutes round-trip back TONIGHT) They wouldn't take a note and allow me to come in tomorrow. " We don't give I.O.U.s" I asked wouldn't they cook me a fresh order But she said "Even if we did it would be the same. We wouldn't change for YOU. We haven't had complaints " ( I had the feeling they batch cook it then reheat it when ordered) I told her we've come in for YEARS but if they wouldn't fix this we would've be back. She didn't care. I said I would hit the reviews. Go to Olive Garden instead, plus you get soup or salad too.
The restaurant waiting area was filled with people and half were not wearing masks. The staff did nothing about it. This is in violation of state public health mandates and made me feel unsafe.
Only reasons for an imperfect rating were the host who had a mask that kept slipping below his nose and that they didn’t have the gluten-free calzones that I had heard about before. We went on a Saturday night around 5:30 and were sat in 20 minutes. Hubs and I shared a gluten free custom pizza with feta cheese, my kids had a regular pepperoni and breadsticks. Everything was delicious! The pizza dough tasted fresh, as sis the pizza sauce! The service was very good and the restaurant wasn’t too loud. High recommend!
This restaurant seems popular as we were there on a Wednesday and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The atmosphere is quaint, service was good although we did wait about 30 minutes for our food - probably just a sign of the current times (pre/post Covid). Food was amazing and the prices were VERY fair. My family of three plus wine ate for under $50.00. I would recommend this eatery for the entire family.
We were told the wait might be up to half an hour. Fortunately they probable seated us in less than half that time. The food was good. The waitress never refilled our water. The portion sizes are good. Their salads are good. Unfortunately they are closing at 8PM :( It would have been nice if they were open later.
This place has always been at mediocre at best. Fortunately, for them the only local pizza place in town. Last time we ordered a pizza, the crust bubbled up where it was mostly crust and pizza toppings in the middle. They said they would send a credit. That never happened. Thought we'd give it one more time. Exact same results this time. No thanks, I don't want a credit. I would prefer to hand them over their pizza in exchange for a refund. Honestly, I'm not a fan of frozen pizza, but that would have been better than the two bites I ate tonight. Gross! Never going back.
Service and Food were Top Notch! We haven’t had service this great in many years! Makes going out during COVID-19 well worth it!
There was a mix up on us getting seated and they quickly apologized. The appetizers, salad, entrees and dessert were all good. The waitress was friendly and we are looking forward to returning. Salads, as are entrees, are big. Our food was served quickly.
A very lovely local Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food delicious and the prices reasonable.
I’ve been a long time visitor to this establishment. The staff is very friendly. I especially love all their salads.
