Food is great, but environment isn't. So noisy with staff talking constantly, the banging of stainless steel equipment, chairs dragging across floor, and soda machine noise. It's way to loud! Won't be back to this restaurant.
Store is randomly closed with no update of hours anywhere online to show closure. Be sure to call everytime so you don't waste your gas like I did.
Very disappointed in our visit today. EVERY time we've gone in, my husband has received the law enforcement discount (not only is he a military veteran but also a corrections officer) but today they would not honorthe law enforcement discount even with the same ID he's shown EVERY TIME! She said "Police only" and was extremely rude. What I don't get is, we actually found out about the discount from Chipotle a while ago when we asked if they do military and they said no, but we offer law enforcement, so after showing them the ID, they gave the discount. We've never had any issue until today. Completely ridiculous that they only have a "military appreciation day" instead of a military discount everyday also. Won't be returning.

I ordered online for pick up thinking hey this will save some time. I get there and see 4 other people waiting for online orders while they were serving folks who were just walking. It would of been quicker if I just got in line and ordered. It said it’d be ready in 10 mins and it 35 to get it. Bad management. Don’t order online just go in.
They are short handed, Short Staffed and need to learn to cut the meat so it's NOT TOUGH TO BITE. AGAINST THE GRAIN PEOPLE. Also, when an order asks for Xtra steak... it shouldn't have less than a regular scoop... EXTRA MEANS EXTRA.
Gone are the days of walking in at 6:30pm on a weeknight to get food. Now expect to be told “were out of chips and cheese, rice is cooking and chicken is 10 minutes away”….i waited to write this review, thinking it was a one-off. Nope. They wont re-stock items if they “feel” they wont get used fully…
I love Chipotle! I just wish they would bring back Chorizo!!!! I also wish they were just a little more generous with fillings for the price. The food is always great!!!
