Very poor communication skills I will never order from them again this is my first time and last time order was very messed up sizes of the meals were wrong when a person spends$114.00 on there food it should be correct might want to pull some drug tests on your people you have working for you as well
I would give lower than a one, we ordered 2 combos of the Carolina gold chicken sandwiches and we paid for them got home and we got 2 plain chicken sandwiches.
The workers were stupid thinking we don’t know Spanish and they called us gringos. Though they were at wrong our food was cold and that they kept playing this refund game with us. Poorly customer service. And the supervisor didn’t handle the situation and put the cashier through it as the supervisor was standing in the back. When we ask for her name and to speak to her she kept hiding and gave us the cashier name. The cashier was not properly train. Supervisor isn’t wise because recipients tells the person name. Workers where being in way Racist. 3/18/22 at 2:00pm.
Dirty lobby messed up our order hamburger was not even hot/ warm at all. The milkshake was like chocolate milk! And the bathroom was out of toilet paper.
I usually love Carls Jr but I've had iffy experiences..but this place was great! The customer service was great and they were patient with us but fast once we ordered! Will definitely come back to this location again. Food was also put together well and very delicious.
It's Carl's Jr.. not much to elaborate here other than their burgers always seem fresh. Love that I can get extra crispy bacon on my Western without fail when requesting that.
I went through the drive thru tonight. Maria (claimed to be the manager) took our order. I have a family of five and told her that at the beginning of her taking my order. After EVERY SINGLE meal/item I ordered she would cut me off and say "anything else" before I was even done. I told her that I was feeling rushed and I would let her know when I was finished ordering. She very rudely told me she was not rushing me. I ended up only getting 4 meals instead of five because I no longer wanted to enfage with her. When I pulled up to the window I asked for the name of the person who took my order and Maria approached very aggressively pointed her finger in my face and said if I had a complaint I could complain to her becayse she was the manager. I however know that the owner is who I need to complain to.I also called the corporate complaint hotline.
Used to like this place when it first arrived in this location. Their food used to be fresh. Upon this visit *(it has been quite some time because of past bad experiences)* we ordered a chicken club meal & Famous Star sandwich. Pull through & we are told it is $32 & change!???♂️Why? Receipt comes back that my chicken Club meal with a medium Powerade is over $14 and believe me, that chicken was Cooked in High Heat for a Short time because I was barely able to bite through it I cannot eat their greasy fries so my wife tries and spits them out. Something was either dead in their oil or? Her Famous Star burger is famous alright because it Famiusly gives anyone diarrhea within 2 minutes of the first bite! Shame on whomever allows their $32 of food make their customers Sick within 5 minutes of eating! We would have been better off ordering Taco Bell & sharing with 10 hungry homeless people & ourselves & all of us just having a little tummy discomfort! My chicken could have been used as the new hockey puck for the local hockey team that night! Wow! This is Why I haven't been there for So Long. Disgusting & I ended up at the Providence ER for 23 hours!?Point taken, Never go back here...NEVER
Whoever owns this Carl’s Jr. location would probably make a lot more money with a new headset system so that people can hear better from both ends and a couple more people on the night crew. Takes an extremely long amount of time in the drive-through. Great food chain though.
Told only 2 coupons per person . I will spend my money elsewhere next time
