Went through the drive thru for the $6.99 Your Way meal advertised in the Window and was told they no longer have that and no they will not honor the deal in the window. we make an alternative selection a.d there are no drink options on the menu asked the employee what options and was nor given the complete list so I again settled on a standard cola. as proceeding to the payment and pick up menu its advertised that there are Grape, Orange and ... well so I switched at the window for a grape where your employee scolded me for making the change after she gave me the selection. I advised she never made grape available as an option .. she continued to speak poorly to me until she handed me the grape drink and we could leave. Burger King boasts have at your way well if it were my way you would honor the advertised special you would be greeted with a smile at the payment pick up window not a reprimand poor service unfriendly employees and bait and switch is what we got that's not my way that's your way no more I will no longer be a customer.

I have almost entirely sworn off of major franchise fast food. I live on an island with none. When i go to the mainland about once a month i will have a MacDonald's breakfast sandwich or two either the sides. But if there's one in my path a Burger King. On an errand out of the county i stopped at this Burger King outside of Stanwood. I got an impossible burger with cheese meal deal. Sub milk shake for soda. Spendy at almost $14, but it was perfect, brand new fries, perfect burger, fresh salad on top. This is a good Burger King.

Drive up was closed. No problem, we go inside. We are second in line and over hear the worker state there is no fountain drinks as soda machine is down. When I'm hankering fast food, soda is part of that craving. Wasn't interested in a milkshake, water, or juice. So I'm considering my options. One worker was sitting on the counter, the gal taking orders had a mask on yet it was pulled down, and its been a minute since I been in public. Feeling a bit uncomfortable, we left. I do like BK whoppers, hopefully next time drive up is open.

Incompetent manager and crew. Was just through and not only did the lady who I'm assuming is the manager told me to wait because they were clearly busy, I told her okay I'll wait, proceeded to talk thru the intercom and I thought she said she was ready to take my order and said I needed to wait. Took as a grain of salt. Get to the window , I ask for a drink carrier just absolute attitude. I ask for a receipt because I have had plenty of issues with this store and apparently receipt machine is broken. I get my food and not only was one of my main meals a freaking cheeseburger I had an ex amount of extra fries lolol orders mixed done with this place

I have been unable to obtain food the last 7 tries over the course of a couple months. Sometimes they seem closed in the middle of the day, other times the lights are on and nobody seems to be there.The times they have answered the drive through they either cannot take orders due to some sort of issue with "the system" or they are out of everything.If you have to have BK in the area just go into Arlington. I have no idea how this business is still open. Judging on the other reviews this franchise seems to have been having issues for a long time now.

No lights were on; it almost looked like it was closed, except the menu was blaring across the parking lot. The parking lot is always trashed. Only one maybe two employees working at 7 pm. My burgers were cold; cheese wasn't even melted. I love BK, but I'll go into Arlington next time.

I came to pick up an Uber Delivery and was denied access in the building. But I saw two families with kids and all running around with no one wearing a mask or anything. So I drive around and call the manager and she informs me they are kids of the coworkers that are working….. how is this acceptable?

Ordered 2 whoppers 2 impossible whoppers with NO veggies just wanted mayo they put extra veggies on them. I ordered a original Italian chicken sandwich which should have had cheese and spaghetti sauce. The cheese was hard and they put BBQ sauce on it. Yuck! Not to mention I can't do BBQ sauce as it makes me sick. Needless to say I was very disappointed as I couldn't eat. They never seem to listen or get a single order right.

Two drive thru lanes, but one is closed, so there’s one long line going out into parking. No signage to indicate they’re out of half the menu. Since the first three items listed on the menu that I request aren’t available, I then have to sit in the line waiting to get out of it because the communication (and consideration for customers) and management of the drive thru are lacking significantly.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've been going here for years and in my experience this location is always super fast and friendly and the food is always decent. I don't know what the deal is with all these overly negative reviews.I've had to pull up front and wait, but only when feeding groups of 8 people or more. When you order that much food a wait is expected.The only issue I've had is that occasionally their veggies are just a smidge less fresh than I like them. But I am SUPER picky about my veggies. I don't think most people are as fussy about the texture of tomatoes and the crunch factor of lettuce and onions as I am.I was going to give them a 4 because I was comparing to my all time favorite B.K... but I feel like countering all these negative reviews because I've been to my fair share of really bad B.K.s and this just is NOT one of them.
