I ate here during Christmas and was greatly disappointed with the quality of the wings. Since tonight was a quiet spring night, I thought I'd try again and picked up take-out. Just as before, the salt and vinegar wings were overcooked (dry) and bland (underseasoned). This time the Buffalo wings arrived without the required bleu cheese dressing, and my dinner salad was dry. They omitted the dressing for that as well.When I called the restaurant to find out how they would make amends, I was informed that the best that could be done was for me to come pick up the missing dressings. I live 18 miles away. I spent $30 for a dinner I could not eat. No compensation was offered.I would avoid eating here.
First we got sat at a dirty table and the waitress looked annoyed we asked if she could clean it. Second, before she even took our order she asked if she could text us our bill so we can leave when we are done... um okay but first let me order food and drinks before we talk about payment. Third, our family of 6 had our order come out separate about 5 minutes apart. Half the family was eating half was waiting, then the rest of the food shows up but they tell my mom that her wrap is going to be another 5 to 7 minutes.... for a chicken wrap??? We had two batches of onion rings come out and 30 wings and you can't make a chicken wrap. We ended up canceling the chicken wrap because most of the family was done eating. Huge disappointment and it was to celebrate a 12th birthday. We will no longer be going back and I will let my friends and family know to stay away.
We went here on a Tuesday so we got to buy one take one 50 off and it was really good!The place was not busy when we visited which was 11:30am but after eating it started gathering some crowd.
I ordered here today on uber eats. My driver waited at the restaraunt for well over 20 minutes. The drive to delivery was 5 minutes. When I got the food not only were multiple things missing but what I got was cold, not warm,not lukewarm,stone cold. It had clearly sat for a long time before anyone bothered to bring it out to my driver. I called in and left a message for a manager to call me back, nobody could even be bothered to call and even apologize
Every single time we order from here our order is wrong. Usually they forget the blue cheese, a jot sauce or its the wrong flavor or missing fries, small things and i have to wait while they fix it. Tonight finally I'm done, never going back. Not only did they give me boneless chicken wings instead of bone in, but half the wings were basically crumbs and another whole item was left off my order. Place is trash and gets by because places like door dash can't check your order when they pick up.
Food was good, but the service was very slow, long lines that seemed like it took forever for them to get people moving along. 4 stars because the food was actually decent but loss of 1 star as it seemed like the staff wasn’t the friendliest or quickest.
Man it was so yummy. Great service @ the bar top. I bought 2 sauces and a bottle of bloody Mary mix.One of the best bloody Marys I ever had
Way over priced! Their own beer. Like drinking Miller High Life but three times more expensive!The reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the mass quantities of TVs to watch sports. Plus the service was very good.
pay 15$ and no carrots or dressing they should give a extra meat
I'm aware most places are short staffed and behind on alot of things. BUT this place blows everything out of the water. We got no service for about 20 minutes, after 35 we got our drinks (I had to switch my drink because no one made tea) I got a strawberry lemonade and the strawberrys we're ICE, hard ice clumps. Our wings were so hard we only ate two. We got more sauce than meat anyways. Everything was ice cold, I watched my plate of fries sit for 20 minutes before delivered to our table. AND there was maybe 3 couples in the place, a very slow setting. I'm completely disappointed, wasted 50 dollars and will never return. ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS & DO BETTER. also, the place was absolutely nasty, you could smell the fryer outside.
