This place has a unique process to placing your order. As you walk in, there is a menu board like a fast food restaurant, and you order and pay for your meal before your seated.The staff including the manager still make the rounds to assure your happy with everything but they also have a service button at the table if you need to get their attention.Meals are prepared well. The price is reasonable, especially the kids menu. My family likes trying their different dipping sauces. I like the chipotle mayo with the onion pedals. I've never had any drinks here but they do have decent size bar area.
If you want a restaurant environment I would not come here at all. It is very much a cafeteria setting and we didn't like that at all. I felt rushed to order because you order the second you walked in. Then they have a tip line if you wanted to add a tip before your food. You don't get a server assigned to you at all it's just whoever brings you your food and drinks and that's it who am i tipping? Noone followed up on you really. Not what i want out of a restaurant. It was no different then going to the casino ordering food get a number to place on my table so they can bring out your food. It was the exact same thing. Food not bad actually it was tasty but the business model isn't for us. I go to a restaurant i want to be served i want to sit down lol over the menu and have time to pick what I want.
I live out of state, and was coming into town to surprise my Dad for his Birthday. He loves Mud Pie, and I was having a heck of a time tracking one down. I found out that Blazing Onion makes them, so I called their Marysville location to see if I could order an entire Mud Pie. They were happy to oblige, with only a couple days advanced warning. The staff was awesome about calling me back and staying in touch when I needed to move my pick up time, etc. When we went to pick up the pie, we had a drink and lunch, and everything was so delish!!! The Fish and Chips were awesome! The service was great, and all the staff we talked too, was simply amazing. Thank you so much much for going above and beyond for me! Your kindness and helpfulness will not soon be forgotten. My Dad LOVED his mud pie. We’ve been eating it for days, and it’s SOOOOO good! Thank you! Thank you!

Ordered to go. Picking up the order the staff was confused and said there wasn't an order. The cashier didn't know how to ring up the order. The kids grilled cheese was hard and very cold. The apples were brown and grapes are very squishy. The bacon blue is dry, lettuces is very wet meaning it's old. The fries are dry and no seasoning on them. Will not be eating here.
Nice place to grab a burger and a beer. You can get table service if you sit at the bar, otherwise order up front. Friendly staff, plenty of TV's in the bar area and a lot of options on the menu..
Don’t have your website tell me to be there at a certain and then have me waiting over 30min. I don’t mind it being later but your website gave me 25min to drive to the restaurant so I rushed just to be waiting in front of the store.After finally receiving the food the CHEESE burger had no cheese, the salad had no sauce, the ranch dipping sauce is missing. If you all can’t handle being busy then don’t work there.
The best service, a nice place, and excellent food. The staff were very courteous and always looking that everything was OK. God bless them!
My first time visiting this restaurant and oh my gosh, yum! The staff was incredibly friendly, service was fast, and food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be visiting again!
If you have a disability, they may discriminate against your disability here. They went out of their way to refuse me service, even if I have a Federally-protected disability and a doctors note explaining why I’m exempt from the mask mandate.The most anti-scientific thing I’ve ever heard, when people won’t accommodate my disability when the mask was only required to get to a table, when other people can take it off as soon as they sit down at a table.
