Waitress was pleasant, restaurant itself was not very clean. Sushi was mediocre at best and that is being generous. I wouldn't risk eating here again, the best thing on the menu was the pre packaged carrot cake. $100+ spent and near instant diarrhea after, oh and they gave us soup with a spoon that still had the sticker on it ? do not eat here if you value the rest of your day.
Some of the freshest sushi we have had in a long time. Cool place, too. Even the desert was fresh. Entirely unexpected. When I first arrived and saw the sheer number of rolls on the belts, I assumed they were going to be a bit stale. Not even close. A little pricey, especially if you’re not paying attention to the colored plates, but about average these days.
First and foremost the woman who greeted me was extremely rude. Shoving a menu in my face and instructed me where to sit where she wanted me to in a empty restaurant(3-10-22 @ 2pm) isn't anywhere near service. I politely sat as she hovered over my shoulder. I look up to her and say I might need a minute to figure this out because I've never enjoyed sushi on a conveyer belt. Her reply was " oh so you don't even know if you're going to eat here?" I thought to myself, I understand that this might be a novelty in some places but walking in to an empty establishment with dozens upon dozens of raw fish rotating in an uncooled environment doesn't scream fresh to me. There's zero timeline of how long it's been sitting there. Maybe it might be for other crowds but not me. If the woman wasn't so rude I might have ordered something from the actual kitchen even though I was craving fresh sushi. If you're in the Arlington area I highly recommend Tokyo House. Fresh sushi and one amazing chef ! They treated me like family!

Terrible service!!! We actually had to get their attention for something to drink 20 minutes into our service because they did not come to our table but they were attending other customers that got there after us, we weren't afford a sushi menu, nor water, we weren't offered anything. Sushi belt was in empty & let me tell you it was barely 7pm. There wasn't many customers. They wouldn't even bring us our bill.First time & last time.

I come here pretty regularly, its always good, and fresh. Service from the women who gets our drinks and takes orders is awesome, fast and friendly. Good place to go for a quick bite, they also do more then just sushi.

Experience was great and waiters were Japanese people. The sushi was good in taste and the tea had great flavor. It was probably because we arrived in the evening, but the Belt had almost no sushi left on it. The price was not too cheap for a sushi restaurant but altogether not bad.
I have always loved this place! Kiko is awesome. The takeout isn’t always the best so I recommend sitting down to eat. Prices are appropriate but food is always great!
