Closed at 11:15 even though store says they open at 11
Unsanitary. Been going here for over 10 years, they're never friendly but I love Baskin Robbins and this is the nearest location it's never really bad, ya know. We go for the ice cream. Anyways, today was really the last straw, we went in, the man (we know this is the owner) and his wife were there, didn't greet us (they never do anyways), we had a moment to think but they still didn't acknowledge us. Finally I went up to the lady (owner also) and asked if we could order. She starts prepping our order and we realize neither one of them are wearing a mask. All the ice cream containers were opened, our sundae is right in front of her and she's talking over it without her mask on. We politely delcined the ice cream and let her know we were uncomfortable with it and left. On the front door, there's a hand written sign stating that all guests are required to wear a mask.... I guess that doesn't pertain to the owners. Also, there's a few too many flies in there by the ice cream.

It wuz a good treat to myself
We went to go celebrate my sons 1st day of 1st grade, And get a scoop or 2 of ice cream. When we went to go choose our flavors I noticed MOLD!!! And RUST on the freezer rails on the lids, That are still wet (from being cold) and almost dripping onto the ice cream. I personally WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK. That could potentially make someone very sick.
So clean. Best Ice cream around. I got the BlackBerry Hibiscus with black tea. So good!
I have never been to a Baskin Robbins when they didn't have a Pralines and Cream cake. Don't head here unless you like mint or Oreo because that was literally ALL they had and the man behind the counter was less than pleasant.
