Ordered food and was missing my son's kids meal drink and they gave me the wrong sodas. Arbys was out of what I originally wanted which was the burger that they have posted all over the store and the gentleman was very rude to me after presenting coupon I can honestly say that I am very disappointed with the service I recived they have sure gone down hill in the last few months.

They need to bring back the potatoes cakes. That was the one thing that my wife liked from there. Now she doesn't ever want to go there. Other than that they fish sandwich was good and a lot better than the other fast food places.
The kids working here are always super high and it takes a bit to get your order BUT the food is good so I'm happy lol
Arby's is "different" for sure. But in a good way, like when other fast food places get old it's a good alternative.I was a little bummed that my white cheddar mac-n-cheese was made like 4 hours before I ordered, but other than that the food was decent.
Worker was nice. Order was accurate. Floor was very sticky and there were no straws. Tables were not wiped down. Food was perfect though!
What fast food places run out of straws? ARBY'S in Marysville does. On top of that, there was no Andes mints on my shake and the buns were stale. Stay away from this location.
I miss potato cakes! I felt bad for the staff. They were very short handed and apologized many times for the long wait. But it wasn't the employees fault. Did I mention that I miss the potato cakes?

Always great food but they seem to always pull my mozzarella sticks early when cooking. They are always Luke warm in the middle. I have to ask them to always cook a little bit longer. They do have the best cheese sticks around.
