Worst management ever. Went there with my boss and coworkers and the lady (manager) was decent with all of us that are white. However my boss which is middle eastern and the best guy ever, she had a big problem with. Joke was on her because he was the one paying. There goes any tip you may have gotten. We will never be back to this location. Fire the Karen! Place won’t be open much longer with someone like her there.
The girl with the dirty dishwater blonde hair wouldn't seat us at 720 saying the dining room closes at 730.. that makes no sense. If your restaurant closes at 8 and your dining room closes at 730 then you should at least seat people until 730. With all the reviews and past bad experiences we decided to give one more chance for old times sake but never again. At least she was slightly less rude then the other lady who used to work here. This place is a joke and they haven't cared about level of service for a while. Sad, what once was great has gone so far down hill.
Alfy's was always a 5 star in North Everett... Then that location closed and this seems to be the closest dine in option. It's food and salad bar is great. The Boeing discount has gotten weaker over time from half off to 40% off, but the only reason this place isnt 5 star in my eyes is their game room needs to be maintained better. A ton of games for the kids rip them off of quarters, especially the foosball that only rolled out 3 balls last visit. But if you're going for food its definitely a 5 star visit. The staff are friendly and service is quick.
Rebecca, I am so disappointed in the behavior of your delivery servants. I have been an union member with Boeing for 36 years... and this little punk would not give over my pizza until I showed him my Boeing id.. for one this is not allowed. And two I paid him the extra full price instead of my bowing discount. I eventually found my medical card... maybe next time I will show this so I can keep my discount. Shame on your scam. I just don't know how I feel. Like your sauce is so good in my mouth... but then I feel so ashamed of myself.
Was expensive for what we ordered I asked if there was a special going on and she ignored me and walked away. We ordered garlic chicken pizza and it had more vegetables on it than chicken tasted terrible we each ate part of a piece and left it. Bad customer serviceOut of 2 drinks from the 6 they had. Won't come back to this one in Marysville at all. Snohomish and Monroe always top notch.
Celiacs beware! Although Alfys pizza has gluten free crust, it's no longer their policy to prevent cross contamination. They don't use separate knives and cutting boards to cut pizzas. Instead of gluten free pizzas, they're more for the gluten-free fad people. *With flour in the air, there's always been a risk, but the Silverlake Alfys went above and beyond to prevent people from getting sick. It's a pity they were bought out.Marysville and the other remaining locations don't provide disclosures about their kitchens, and it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Worst experience at a restaurant by a girl that works there named Rebecca. Run the other way!!!!!!!. I called corporate to let them know about the situation…..never got a call back from them either. Manager is no good either. No wonder they’re all closing down.
Called and asked for delivery but lady seemed upset I asked and told me it would be an hour and a half. So I said “okay I’ll just pick up then.” Came in with my child and in our pj’s just to run in and pick up real quick and head home. They were upset I didn’t have a mask. So I asked if they would deliver to me outside which they did.Really just weird as everyone sitting isn’t wearing a mask and some dont even have food on their table. So I guess the virus only infects people when they’re standing but not when they are sitting lolThis is the closest pizza place in my area and we won’t be back since they are for Segregation …
Staff is so incredibly rude zero customer service. They don’t even try to be kind. Pizza was 1/2 way cooked. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
High price for low quality salad, no more breadsticks at the bar, pizza still good. Haven't encountered such rude and unhelpful employees in a while.
