We were in the Lynnwood area and wanted sushi, so picked this one for a try. The exterior looked a bit run down, so not your first pick for a first date. Casual environment, box seats and diner-like. Staff were attentive. Food was typical westernized style; huge menu. Nigiri are good; the special salmon belly (with one piece on the house) was the star of the whole meal, as it should be. The sunset roll has sweet chili sauce and almonds on top, which was, unfortunately, not our type. The spicy tuna tartare looked and tasted very salsa and corn chips and was not what we had expected at all. Probably will try another place next time.
Was here today when it was still Happy Hour and ordered a Red Dragon roll and Spicy Salmon roll from the Happy Hour menu. My friend and I wanted to order the seared 1pc nigiri from the Happy Hour menu in order to try two different fish but they “don’t do any kind of changes for Happy Hour”, it was a bummer because I wanted my friend to try both tuna and salmon but we just ordered the 2 pc seared salmon nigiri from the regular menu which was bomb. The Red Dragon roll was decent but the Spicy Salmon roll wasn’t spicy, it just tasted a little seasoned. We also got edamame as a starter, they were out of calamari as they said it’s been a shortage in the Lynnwood area.Overall a decent place in terms of food and good service, the server(s) was nice and they asked if we need anything or offered more water/tea. It’s a nice and clean restaurant
Wonderful food, great atmosphere and service. We love this restaurant! The grilled garlic creamy salmon is especially amazing, but they also do the basics well: California rolls, katsu, and their udon are delicious.
We found this spot after shopping in a store in the same lot. We were seated pretty quick and looked over the menu. We ordered several rolls & edamame. There was a really delicious hot mango & lemon tea but not sure of the name. The food was good enough, sushi was smaller than im used to but worked out. I ordered a Seattle roll & Uyabi roll. I was disappointed bc I was hoping to order 3 bento boxes to go for the lunch happy hour price which was during the time I was there but they wouldn't allow it to be ordered to go which is a deal for $10. Then, they wouldn't allow the lunch price to go for $12 and tried to sell the $18 price for the bento box. I overheard the "manager" saying its impossible to honor that price...um, its literally you entering $10-12. So that kinda turned me off to the dining experience. It wasn't that far past the 2p time it cut off plus we'd been sitting there for a bit before served.
This place is GREAT! It's all about the food. Everything I ordered was fresh and perfectly prepared and seasoned just right. I came to Wild Wasabi super hungry, so totally got way too much. I ate for three days on what I ordered! ? It was delicious to the last bite. Just writing about it makes me ready to go back now!!
This place is amazing!! Drove 3 hours to come back here for a date! Great service, great atmosphere and even better food!!
Ate here with my gurlfriend christmas eve.Staff were extremely courteous & nice.Food was astounding & decadent.Prices were fair.Would reccomend for sure!
Excellent service, even in their busiest lunch rush. The food was wonderful, and everything was clean and fresh. Thank you Wild Wasabi!
Lovely meal. Very kind staff. 5 stars!
A nice attempt to Japanese cuisine. Bento box is nice and has a lot of variety - but the rice under the fish is not fresh (it is sour) and fish might be also little more fresh. Servise is nice and they put a lot of attention. Sake seemed to be watered - such a shame. It is little more difficult in these days.
