Usually Wendy's is one of my favorite places! But this trip at this Wendy's, awful!!!The drink had flavoring in it that I DID NOT order! The fries were GREASY because they need to change the oil in their fryers! (Yes, I have worked in restaurants! I know the difference!) Too much ketchup on the burger. Because the drinks were sooo bad, it ruined the meal!! Also could not eat the fries because they were TOO greasy!!We would have turned around but didn't have time! Stopped at a 7-11 to get new drinks!!
I try not to leave 2 stars or below for any business but this is one of the worst Wendy's locations.I'm giving 2 stars primarily because of my poor experience going to Wendy's in the evening. Several times my order was wrong. It would be either be mixed up with someone else's order or they were missing add-ons...even if your order was simple. Sometimes the burgers get cold by the time it comes to you. However, during the day time, it's not as bad and your order is more likely to be accurate.The lines are so long during prime rush hour and after 8pm. It even goes around the restaurant towards the back entrance. You can expect a 15 minute wait if you're lucky. I've had to wait over 30 minutes. It's a shame they are so understaffed that I feel bad for the employees.Ordering on your mobile phone doesn't make the order go any faster and ordering inside is not possible during certain hours.I don't suggest coming here when it's busy. They're more likely to mess up your order.
Great food but constantly getting everything cold. Soon as it's not my1st order from the drive-through, I specifically ordered extremely hot fries and was told “ it comes hot”. Well, I checked and it was completely cold and saggy. Right away I asked for another fries and mentioned that I ordered extremely hot and it's not even warm. The girl went for another fries that “comes hot,” I said thanks and left, thinking that at this time it must be really hot. How surprised was I when I tried my order already being couple of blocks away. The fries were lightly warm. Same as nuggets. But the meat in my sandwich was even worse. That cold so cheese wasn't even sticking to the meat. Years ago I used to work at that particular restaurant. And I don't remember we had ever cold meat or fries. Sad to see how dramatically changed with year's this place, especially after remodeling
They took almost 15 minutes to take my order. Finally made it and onlybto find they got my order completely wrong. Not even close!!! How do you misunderstand number one with no tomatoes and end up with some crispy onion bbq thing??? Also the patty was almost raw. These are incompetent people. Also, I thought they were supposed to be crispy fries. I got soggy cold fries. How can they possible be this bad helping one car at a time???? Disgusting is an understatement.
Ordered a biggie bag. The sandwich was great, the nuggets on the other hand showed obvious temperature control issues. I worked in food so I know how dangerous can be. Please work on maintaining a proper cold hold temperature for food while storing
Finally caught the line when it wasn't out to the street and still waited close to 15/20 mins to order. Finally got to the window and the service was extremely sub par food was super cold not fresh at all not to mention wasn't even prepared correctly. Let the guy at the window know and besides being extremely rude was not help. Just asked for my money back and left. Horrible place which is sad this use to be the go to
Longest drive through lines of any Wendy's or any fast food place for that matter. No inside ordering to go. Whats the deal?? Adapt to the times, get it together!
I use to like Wendy's until last night. 1/15/2022. I was in line just like everyone else. All of a sudden at 7pm the lights at Wendy's all went out. They were telling people that they were closed. The line was clear out to the street. I feel that they should have come out and told us that they were closing. But NO THE
Always good fast food. The drive thru line tends to be long no matter what time you go there, but it moves along steady. The lobby is closed, so it's drive thru only.
We tried the new mobile app for drive-through pick-up. Not sure what advantage it truly offers besides a few deals and a new point system to earn freebies because it certainly didn't minimize the wait time at the drive-through at all. The app notified us that it would allow us to check-in when we arrived, but that functionality didn't work and we had to wait in a really slow moving line. The only other useful thing about the app is the accuracy of ordering although when handed our order the fries were not hot and we had to request a fresh replacement. Overall service is lousy and extremely slow.
