They are very rude. Unprofessional staff. Go train them to be human first
Ordered take out. Not bad. Not great. Very ok pizza. I'd eat it again but not going out of my way for it.
Good taste but staff is not friendly at all.
If possible I'd give 0 stars. The girl, Catalina, who was working was the WORST customer service I have ever had. She didn't understand what a fountain water is. I ordered a meal that comes with a drink. I said that I wanted water. She then asked me if I wanted a bottle so I said not if it's going to charge more. Then she grabbed the bottle from the fridge and it added more to my total so I told her that's not what I wanted. Then she tried arguing with me that that's what I had ordered. Then came the part that extremely RUINED my experience and honestly made me hate this company to the point I will never give them another penny. I had said at this time now for the 4th time that I wanted a fountain water. Well because I pointed to the fountain machine, she thought I wanted lemonade. I told her it wasn't what I wanted, then I had to repeat myself at least 5 more times, just for her to ask me if I speak Spanish because she couldn't understand what a fountain water is. When she said bye, i asked for her name and she gave it to me with a massive attitude and the way she said bye and waved me away was atrocious and disrespectful. Worst experience will NEVER return
I'm sure I'm a weirdo but I love mall pizza. I know I'm going to be in for a top shelf delicious slice of heaven from the Pizza God's, but I still love mall pizza joints and temper my expectations of them. That said, this location is pretty good. I opted for spaghetti instead of pizza on this visit (although I have had their pizza on previous visits) and it was good for being a mall vendor. The serving size was adequate, the employee was very friendly and polite/professional, and adhered to all safety precautions in this COVID age - i.e. wore a mask, used gloves, etc.All in all, a good place if an even better one if you keep your expectations in check!
I ordered through ubereats and never got my meal. I waited 2 hours only to get a message that my meal was undeliverable. I have no idea what the food is like...
Stopped and talked with the manager about how the lasted government covid restrictions are affecting his business. He responded with two words, "it's bad." So I asked him if he could make me a thin crust with a nicely browned and crisp crust! He said "sure, I can do that." So I ordered a combo with everything! It was what I asked for. Fresh, crispy, crunchy on the bottom with tender crust above. Toppings were applied generously and fresh! The price for a very large pizza was very reasonable for a custom ordered pizza. In these tough times for our community businesses that hire and employ people who live in this community, we must support any way we can. Help them stay in business. Your support is appreciated.
I not understand how people eat pizza in this place. After I saw him cleaning his noise with finger and direct pizza touch I said I will never will walking in their store front not and buy something. Is so gross to saw something like this.
Nice big piece of Pizza. And Good talking
I know good employees are hard to come by but I guess I wasn't aware that common sense was such a rare talent these days. Service sucks at Alderwood Mall Villa and management doesn't care. Food NOT worth the hassle.
