It was just ok, this was our first time here so I wasn't aware $18 for Mongolian beef meant just for the beef, for that price, rice, a side salad, or vegetables should come with it. I think for what you get it's way overpriced, we won't be returning. The lady that rang up our order was pleasant, however, when the order was ready a different woman just plopped the bag down in front of me, didn't say a word and just walked off, I found that to be very disrespectful.
I've been looking for a good dim sum place in the north end. Glad I found this place.
Back to dine in again as county policy allow. The restaurant kept its Cantonese style good dishes. We enjoyed the good foods and service. We also got frozen dim sum home too.Previous review-Great to find a restaurant with Hong Kong style dishes and dim sum. Good price and good portion besides delicious Hong Kong taste. Good and prompt services. They even provide frozen uncooked dim sum so that we can enjoy dim sum anytime at home. A must visit at Lynnwood.
~21 a person before tip with a group of 9 for close to 20 dishes. Overall solid dishes and the golden lava buns were amazing- they came out hot and fresh. Taro buns were also very cute and delicious.
So much great food for such a reasonable price. Get here early to beat the lunch rush. Or later if you don't mind waiting and want to be more productive for more of the day (we hit a food coma pretty early in the day, sadly). Reminds us of a typical dim sum place we find in Hawaii which was nostalgic and comforting. Props to the one lady taking care of the entire front and the register by herself. We got our stuff out quick and it was delicious.
In summary, DO NOT waste your time and money! The worst restaurant I have ever been in terms of quality and quantity! Regarding cooking,Food has way tooooooo much MSG - very unhealthy. You cannot even call them food.Service is horrible. The restaurant smells badly. Again, I have to remind you,Do not waste your time and money here
Food are deliciously authentic!
So two stars because there aren’t bugs but I would not recommend it. The food is low quality as you can see in the picture for the shrimp rice roll and the seafood noodle. They use small bay shrimps and it gives you an idea that they are cutting corners for cost. The shrimp dumplings (har garw) had ground up shrimp bits and filler clearly from a package. The other picture shows the inedible over fried turnip cake etc. we basically had to throw that away. It’s sad as they are clearly not doing well and trying to stay afloat but over frying two dishes til they are inedible is not a cost issue but a chef issue… avoid.
Dirty. Whole in the wall. I've had better. Simply not impressed
Great service, the barbeque pork buns are the best in town. Staff are friendly and attentive
